Soulful songstress Adele has much cause for celebration tonight; for following her spine-tingling BRIT Awards showing this week, she today scored four placings in the UK’s Big Top 40 Chart.
Topping the tally is the 21 year old’s live BRIT’s rendition of ‘Someone Like You’, which was made available on iTunes immediately following Tuesday’s performance. Meanwhile, ‘Rolling In The Deep’ and the studio version of ‘Someone Like You’ occupy positions #5 and #8 respectively.
Over on the Official UK Singles Chart, the singer’s sophomore LP ’21’ sits at #1 for another week, whole her debut ’19’ rests comfortably at #4.
Needless to say; congratulations are most certainly in order for the Tottenham, North London native.
How refreshing is it to see true talent back at the top?! More power to her.

Yes but Rihanna was doing a lot of promo for her loud album and singles. She went to Xfactor twice meaning a gurateed No1 for both songs. Where as Brit did not promote her song whether in the US or UK.

Brit has never been all that in the UK if you check her stats over there so that’s no excuse. Only Girl had huge sales on it’s first week, she only did X Factor the week after.
