Rihanna really isn’t the 1st or last, but Cher can sing. I’m not sure about “limited” vocal ability. She may not be the best vocalist, but I wouldn’t call her vocal ability limited. She showed some real good vocal skills on X-factor, especially her rendition of “Knock You Down”, she had jazzy like vocals & runs, & she did a few other good vocal showings.
