It appears Kelly Rowland and her team are sparing no expense with the recording of her third studio album.
Indeed, while being interviewed at a recent Fashion Week event, the singer (who turned 30 yesterday) revealed that she is hitting the studio two A-list producers.

The Destiny’s Child diva revealed that she is heading into the studio with RedOne and Swizz Beats!
With RedOne riding high after the success of Lady GaGa and Swizz Beats being the beast that he is, Kelly’s project really is shaping to be something. They join an ensemble cast of producers lined up to feature on the revised version of the album; a list which thus far includes Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins, Tricky Stewart & The Dream, Jermaine Dupri, Ester Dean, and Andre Merritt.

I have to agree with the other posters Kelly Rowland’s label was stupid to NOT release the album last summer when Commander was a huge hit! It seems to me the label REALLY wants Kelly to be successful in America BUT Kelly has a huge international fanbase. I have a feeling this album will never be released the delay is taking too long, I think this means the label doesn’t have much confidence in Kelly. I think the album should of been released in the UK last year. Why the wait?

This is so unfair! The label is so intent on having hits in the US that they have totally ignored her VAST international fan base! When Love Takes Over and Commander were BIG hits worldwide. Even the epic Forever And A Day charted in several countries – despite no promotion.
I thought the album was done by now? How long are they going to take? I don’t see this album doing much better than Kelly’s first two in the US…but considering they seem to be catering to the US audiences with the sound of this album (see producers) it may end up not doing so well in international markets. This would be an absolute shame.
I’ve supported Kelly through this entire era and I’m fed up with the pushbacks, delays and constant decision-changing. This album better be fucking incredible.

I love me some Kelly Rowland, despite the many pushbacks, LOL. Honestly I do not ever remember a set date being announced. I just heard she is working on her third album and she wants it right. I think what it is people are waiting to see what she will do (haters and fans). My only concern is that whenever she does come out I hope she does not get overlooked because of other artist who may be larger. Either way I’m buying it because I love her style, voice, lyrics, and love for pleasing her fans.
BTW… did that song ‘I’m That Chick” ever leak or come out?

I’m happy to hear she is working with RedOne, that means she will have sum great dance electropop hits on the album that will fair well with both the US and international. I just wished they did not released all them singles last year because everything is so all over place. I knew the label and Kelly didn’t have to funds, time and energy to promote all those singles at the same time. They should have just stuck with one single Commander, released it during this time with a killer video instead of last year and things would have been poppin by now. I think she will do way better than Ciara. Ciara’s album just flopped completely cuz of poor production in boring ass r&b songs and no promotion.

Kelly’s latest promo photos have been lovely.
If there is anything I have learned about the music industry, it’s that promotion equals everything. Part of why Beyonce is such a successful artist is because of the immense push she receives. This is not to say that she lacks talent, because anyone that has eyes and ears can clearly notice the talent.
If Kelly had the same amount of push as Beyonce, she would be just as successful and popular.

Brintey Spears released that single Hold it against me and it became number one
in the Us and on I-tunes.Ohter artist are rushing out to release singeles like

to the reporter this is going to a whole new album with mostly R&B songns.
