Christina Aguilera has been quite busy promoting her upcoming reality show, ‘The Voice’. The singer, who is sometimes referred to as the voice of her generation, sat down with ‘ET’ and ‘Extra’ to talk about why she decided to join the judging panel and how it relates to her personal experience as an artist.

She is only called “the voice of our generation” by has been Justin Timberlake, and her idiot stans went along with it. How could someone who strains and sings off key quite often be considered “the voice”? B****, please…
If anything else the voice of this generation is Beyonce (and I don’t even like her music).

get real! ‘burlesque’ has probably more than doubled it’s $55ml profit by now. this doesn’t mean it’s epic but it is a success! it was doing better than several of movies that theaters keep in rotation while they snatched ‘burlesque’ off the screen in no time! part of the ‘hate christina campaign’, no doubt! why else would they do it?
celine is somewhat strange but the woman has one of the best voices around. the media used to compare her to barbara streisand. i trust she knows a good singing voice when she hears it. i trust billboard does too! like i told you b4 christina’s voice may not be your choice but a lot of credible people in the industry feel she’s a good singer so you need to give it a rest!

the professionals disagree with you! however, you’re so into yourself you’ve said “if jesus christ said christina was ‘voice of the generation” it wouldn’t change your opinion. that’s ok! you’re entitled to yours and the more credible (such as those in the music industry) are entitled to theirs.
as much as the media hates christina (they’re all on team britney), they never throw shade at her singing ability! that’s done mostly by the none professionals checkin’ for their favs!

That Christina sings off key and strains is not my opinion but a fact which stands on mountains of evidence, and because there are so many performances by Christina both strained and off key…no one’s opinion can change that.
If a note is off pitch that is not a matter of opinion, it simply is in tune or isn’t. One can argue all day about interpretation and emotion or if a voice is pretty or not, but timing and intonation are two things that can be scientifically measured and thus not up to opinion.
Oh HUDSON, u can s*** and burp all u want, fact remains POINT BLANK, Christina Aguilera is the voice of this generation. Whether you like it or not. Its a fact, just like 2×2=4 , u may want it to be 6 but NO its 4.

I found the video pretty informative, and I would like to add that I believe the show is going to be a big hit! It’s much more entertaining than American Idol, and the contestants are very, very talented.
