Teairra Mari performed the first single from of her new mixtape ‘Now Or Never‘ recently at R&B Live. Titled ‘That’s All Me‘, the song samples Diddy‘s ‘All About The Benjamins‘ and sees Rihanna‘s former ROC sister boast about how incomparable her love is.

Let’s hope that this time Teairra’s efforts to become the R&B sensation she was supposed to become six years actually yield some results. After all, she and Rihanna began their journey together and if the latter can achieve world wide notoriety with limited ‘resources’, why can’t she do the same?

Well, I think its cute that she keeps trying. I got to give it to her, she just will not give up and I respect that! She definitely works her ass off but it just seems to fall on deaf ears. I think she is pretty has and has a good voice, but that doesn’t work for everybody.She needs a strong team to promote her more. I can’t remember the last time I heard a song of hers on the radio. If she releases this album, I am sure it will flop.
I don’t like the song though. Her music never really does anything for me. She has too many ‘hood anthems’. She needs to expand her sound and do something more original. Everything she does sounds like it’s been done before. *shrugs*

Hey, I didn’t know about that song ‘Round And Round’. But it sounds pretty cool. I have always liked ‘Holla’. I still remember when Teairra was compared to Rihanna. It’s really hard Teairra fell so off, because she tries so hard. I think I have never seen an artist who works her a$s off like that.

I have a feeling that she’s f****** somebody in the music biz because who in their right mind is providing all of these flopping ass videos and studio time for this chick? She should have been gotten dropped from her newest label. She’s pretty with a lot of makeup on and the right lighting, but she looks like any ol average chick from the block without all of that. What bothers me about her is that she’s not doing anything productive with her life. She was always a bad ass in school, failed senior year and had to take it again though home schooling, and brings nothing unique or original to the table. Her voice is very average and common, so she can’t get by on having a voice, and her songs are so ghetto and bubblegum. Why can’t these flops try getting a damn higher education????
