It seems that despite the lackluster response it received, Jordin Sparks is still determined to promote her single ‘I Am Woman‘ to a seemingly uninterested world.
Performing the upbeat anthem on Regis &Kelly, the American Idol winner was more eager than ever to flaunt her new found choreography and brand spanking new physique.

Whilst singers with vocal talent as immense as Jordin‘s should be applauded, the audience’s reaction or lack of it, said all it needed to say about her current situation. For despite the fact that she has been able to maintain a fairly positive image to the public eye, she still has not forged her own discernible identity as a worth while contestant in the game that is Pop music.
Peaking at the unfortunate position of #82 on the Billboard Hot 100, ‘Woman’ has failed to provide the starlet with the smash hit she needs to force everyone and their critic to pay attention.
Here’s to hoping Jordin’s future endeavors level up to her awe inspiring talent.

SMH. THIS GIRL IS SOOO UNINTERESTING. DID RICH HARRISON PRODUCE THIS SONG IN 2003? IT SOUNDS SO DATED AND CORNY. AND IS THAT THE NATIONAL WEIGHT LOSS POSE? JENNIFER HUDSON HAD THE EXACT SAME POSE ON HER ALBUM COVER.
It was a ‘cute’ performance. The audience was dead literally. There were nothing but old, raggedy people in the audience. The only thing they know about a hit is the sudden hit they get after drinking prune juice. Anyways, I like Ms. Sparks, but she needs to come harder and more ferocious. That is all.

I love Jordin Sparks. I love I Am Woman also. But its soooo true that she needs a hit song. This song was not meant to be a hit, it was meant to show the world that the old ‘ballads and young and censored’ Jordin is gone.
I know her team has hella plans for her. And you can tell they are rooting for the “New Beyonce” image (which this is a great time to go for since Beyonce is getting kinda old).
But anyhoe……..GO JORDIN!

It won’t be easy to fill Beyoncé’s shoes but if someone is suitable for the part, that’s definitely her. She’s pretty, she’s a great singer, she’s nice, she just needs to work on her hmmpf. And on her shoe game too.

what a horrid song! sounds like something nicole sherzisinnigger would sing. She’s trying so hard to be some sort of ‘hott momma’ type and it just doesn’t translate well on stage. I think Jordan is ‘cute’ and seems like a nice person but that’s it. She lacks umpphhhh; even Rihanna has heaps of umphhh.
