Some two years after leaving the Sugababes, Pop vocalist Keisha Buchanan is finally striking out on her own.
The 26 year old has teamed up The Jacques Townhouse to launch her solo debut with a live gig on July 19th. To promote the exclusive show, the singer-songwriter has unveiled these stunning new promotional shots – which were snapped by Terence Webb (Vogue).
With her former bandmates about to release new material too, it looks the latter part of the year will see a Suga-showdown. Who are you rooting for?

Kiesha was the glue that kept the Sugababes together, she was the most consistant, hard working and dedicated member of the band, she ran the Twitter page and she was the brainchild behind them moving forward as a brand as well as a group, she’s been a smart business women too and at still a young age invested her money wisely, she along with Mutya and Siobhan is a brilliant songwriter and vocalist and I wish her all the success in the world, anyone who had any doubts about what she bought to the table can see how generic the group has become since she was kicked out, it’s obvious that she was very vocal about maintaining the individualism and organic quality’s that the Sugababes were known for cos since she left all that has gone. having an opinion, and not wanting to be a puppet may make her a bitch to some people but to anyone with sense it makes her a great artist and, I pray she gets the support to prove that
