The search for ‘The Voice’ came to a climatic end this week.
Hosted by Carson Daly, the US talent-search saw judges Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee-Lo Green, and Blake Shelton on the look-out for the next big star. The winner of the competition lands major recording contract with Universal Republic.

@IMGUNNACHECKUBOO haha. I can blame him for everything BUT that. I think his fans don’t even know how to spell ‘Voice’ , let alone watch a show based on it and vote for a contestant.
I didn’t like the finale that much, though.It’s just the 1st season, so I hope next year they’ll bring it and have better guests. The host was kind of…meh.He didn’t even shout the name of the winner. Next year, NBC will know the show is the winner and the production will slay.

@ASAP, You’re underestimating Bieber. Javier was only number 2 on itunes and he still won. Dia was obviously gonna take it before Adam got Justin to send that tweet out.

@IMGUNNACHECKUBOO With all due respect, I think this is a little far-fetched. iTunes sales count as only 1 vote, so they’re not a huge factor. Calls and SMSs are much more important because someone can call 10 times and then send 10 SMSs as well, but he can only purchase the performance ONCE. But I wouldn’t reject your opinion. A lot of s*** happens in the industry
That Stevie Nicks/Javier duet was FIRE!! Truly touched my heart & brought me to tears. I’m rooting for this brother because he was done dirty by label last time (like a lot of artists) – I love his voice, singing style and how humble & down to earth he seems. I’m so happy he won!
