    i know bluey personally and i must say if there is any artist that deserves to be successful its him. he truly loves music and has dedicated his life to creating great music as opposed to those artist who are in it for the fame and money.

  3. TIMMI July 16, 2011

    I don’t know Bluey but I been checking for him for a while through YouTube and stuff, he really deserves this and he can really sing… I really do feel like he is UK’s answer to Bruno Mars but he’s different enough that they can both compete and do well.

    You got a new Fan!! Amazing. I love his voice, the way he sings, and his happy energy. He looks like he really had fun recording this song,and of course I love his accent. I’ll be looking for the new album and all singles released.

  8. STOP July 16, 2011

    AUTOPLAY OF THESE VIDS NEED TO STOP!

  9. Bobby Bulgaria July 16, 2011

    OK, he did well but I have some recommendations…

    What is that weird smacking sound that he’s making when he’s talking in the beginning of the video…? He should get rid of that I guess… 🙂

    Oh, stop it!!! He’s doing it in the other videos too… It’s really annoying… Stop it! 🙂

    And then… that hair… I don’t know… Maybe he should just keep it as short as possible… LIke 0.5 cm I suggest… 🙂 That way he would be much more appealing I think…

  10. Bryan July 17, 2011

    @Bobbybulgaria…

    I think his look is definitely fine. He’s got a great face if we’re going to critique that aspect. I think his hair is great. It sets him apart and I think most people on here have been arguing for individuality and real artistry.

    I really don’t think that today’s musical climate necessarily warrants the conformity of an artist in order to appeal to everyone. I think this climate is great opportunity for some artist to really explore sound and visuals while breaking away from the conventional images that we see day in and day out.

  11. Bobby Bulgaria July 17, 2011

    Well, I just don’t really like men with long hair and women with short one… 🙂

    They just don’t appeal to me, and simply kinda turn me off… That’s all…

    Short hair sharpens up the features of the face and makes it more masculine… And long hair on the opposite makes women more feminine…

    This is not just some kind of conformity, these are true facts that work…

  12. antertain July 17, 2011

    Strong ass vocal from Bluey.
    He has been on his grind for a while now so glad to see him do his thang on THE SPLASH!!

    Great attitude as well.

  13. TIMMI July 17, 2011

    @BOBBY BULGARIA

    It is also a true and proven fact with various studies published that women are more attracted to males with feminine faces.

    And when you think of the most successful male artists, plenty of them had long hair. Think of Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, ABBA… And then there’s all of the rock bands out there: Led Zeppelin, Queen, etc. etc.

  14. Bobby Bulgaria July 17, 2011

    Yeah, like all these examples you gave are considered ATTRACTIVE…???

    NO WAY… 🙂

  15. Bobby Bulgaria July 17, 2011

    And then… women are attracted to men with somewhat feminine features when they are choosing a partner for A FATHER of their children… Cuz he would presumably be a home-person and would care better for the offspring…

    When it comes to superstars and real s** symbols – they prefer the hot strong masculine macho man… 🙂

  16. Bryan July 18, 2011

    @BObbyBulgaria

    Your argument about men needing to look more masculine is not so….look at Justin Bieber…dude looks like a lesbian….Most s** symbols are considered “pretty boys” not hyper masculine….

  17. Bobby Bulgaria July 18, 2011

    And Justin Bieber is a s** symbol…??? Ha ha… 🙂

    He is just a child that is shoved up into popularity… Who is he…?

    Don’t confuse s** symbols with these Disney kindergarten one-day “pop stars”…

  18. TIMMI July 18, 2011

    @BOBBY BULGARIA

    Attractiveness is a matter of opinion, not fact. Anyway, I’m not talking about attractiveness. You made the point that short hair makes men more masculine and I’m just simply stating that it doesn’t matter because it has been firmly proven women are more attracted to feminine faces anyway.

    And in response to your whole jabber about choosing feminine-faced men for partners but preferring masculine men for stars, LOL. Let’s be real, you and I BOTH know you got a bit imaginative and made that up for sake of argument. I would beg for you to share with me a study that holds proof to anything you made up lol.

    “Men with feminine faces would presumably be a home-person and would care better for the offspring” … Really? xD

  19. TIMMI July 18, 2011

    BRYAN is definitely right lol. Zac Efron, Leonardo DiCaprio, David Beckham, Johnny Depp, Taylor Lautner, Trey Songz, Brad Pitt, Chace Crawford, Chris Brown, all considered s** symbols (whether you find them attractive or not) and all definitely pretty boys.

  20. Bobby Bulgaria July 18, 2011

    ^^^
    Do any of these you mentioned above have LONG hair…? Well, except Johnny Depp who is NOT attractive, by the way… 🙂

    As for the fact that I DIDN’T make up – you can make a research in the net…

  21. Bobby Bulgaria July 18, 2011

    OK, I just made a search and found this article for you… 🙂

    http://www.livescience.com/9487-women-pick-mates-flings.html

    I didn’t read the whole of it but in the beginning it says it all:

    “Women seem to judge potential mates by how masculine their features are, new research shows. Men with square jaws and well-defined brow ridges are seen as good short-term partners, while those with more feminine traits such as a rounder face and fuller lips are perceived as better long-term mates.” 🙂

  22. TIMMI July 18, 2011

    Fair enough, I apologise for insinuating you made it up, although “better long-term mates” sounds more believable than feminine-faced men being home people and better parents.

    It’s still not true what you said about women preferring feminine long-term partners and masculine macho celebrities though – in the very article you posted it opens up with the lines “Science might be able to explain our fascination with Brad Pitt’s chiseled jaw and George Clooney’s smoldering eyes.”

    And in response to your question about long hair, most of them, with the exception of Chris Brown, have had longer than average hair, but that wasn’t the point I was making anyway and I wasn’t aiming to find long-haired male superstars – I already did that. The whole reason you discussed Bluey’s hair in the first place was because you said long hair makes faces more feminine and that women prefer masculine men as s** symbols. All of the names I mentioned are considered s** symbols and they all have feminine qualities about their faces, it is not relevant whether this is because of their hair, eyes, jawline, nose etc. The point is they all have feminine qualities and are all considered s** symbols, so if Bluey’s hair makes him feminine then that won’t pose a problem for him in terms of whether he could be deemed an attractive celebrity by females.

  23. Bobby Bulgaria July 19, 2011

    No, I said that I just don’t like men with long hair and women with short one… And that I like masculine men and feminine women, mostly…

    So, in this way, some of the male celebrities that you mentioned above and said that are current s** symbols are not really masculine although being with short hair… Maybe it depends whose s** symbols they are…
    I don’t really consider school-girls’ s** symbols as true s** symbols by the way… 🙂
    So these Zac, Chris, Chase, Trey boys just have to go…

  24. Jazmine July 19, 2011
