Music’s reigning queen of R&Bleating Rihanna covers the August issue of the U.K.’s ‘Cosmopolitan’ magazine. In the cover story the pop starlet chats about her tour, upcoming music plans, and yet again former boyfriend/R&B sensation Chris Brown. In reference to the aftermath of the highly publicized incident with Brown, the singer had this to say…
“It was a very aggressive and defensive time, and that allowed me to start not giving a s–t. I walked around with a very f–k-you attitude.”
“It can definitely be intimidating to guys to date someone in this industry,” she says. ”It’s really hard to find a guy who doesn’t care about that stuff. Right now, it’s easier just having my career to focus on.”
No word on if that “focus” will include vocal lessons or complimentary earplugs with the ‘Loud’ re-release. And, while it is fair to assume the singer will be talking about this for years to come (as it was a life-changing and career-changing event), one has to question if it’s the interviewer(s) doing the inquiring of if the ‘Pon de Replay’ singer is just pressing the repeat button herself.

Rihanna will always get ask questions about the incident, it was one of the most talked about incident around the world. I am a big Chris fan, and I came to accept that 2009 will be a subject for the media for years. Chris doesn’t do interviews to avoid being asked those questions. I really think he should address the situation and answer the question when ask during interview. I think Fame could’ve went platinum by now if he would’ve did some promo on talk shows and tv, but he avoided tv promos because the 2009 will be brought up in the interview. As Chris fans and Rihanna fans needs to accept that the media for the next few years will always ask Rihanna and Chris about 2009. She deleted it and then her people tried to cover it up. So people stop bashing Chris. They both were young and actually Chris covered it up what really happened. He took all the blame.
