I LOVE it! It’s beautiful! His vocals, the melody, everything! It’s just beautiful! It’s too damn short though cause he really has me wanting to hear the whole thing! Most importantly he is SINGING, no rappin, no autotune, just his beautiful voice! To me this is when he is at his best! That B**** Laura from FOX News needs to listen to this so she can see that CB DOES have beautiful positive record where he isn’t rappin or cursing! She really pissed me off acting like all his music is profanity laced! Ugh!
Anwyho, I understand his is a versatile aritst and he likes to experiment with his sound and is clearly in his ‘rappin thing’ right now, but I just LIVE for these type of records from him! It proves that he can sing!
It kinda reminds me of when he dropped the snippet of ‘Up to You’ earlier this year. Giving us a lil tease of what is to come and leaving us wanting more. I just PRAY that more material from the album doesn’t leak! I love that he shares snippets like this with his fans, but I get so nervous that the full version will leak! He has said countless times that we won’t get ‘Fortune’ until F.A.M.E. is platinum and I think it will be a while until it is, (at least in the states) so I would hate for too many songs to leak before he even has a release date. This is already the third confimed track for ‘Fortune’ and two of them we already have in full.
He came hard with F.A.M.E. but I just have a feeling that Fortune is going to be a better album. So far I have loved everything I heard and it seems like it is going to have a lot of more ballads and songs with meaning and great lyrical content. I’m so excited!
