In the candid interview, the ‘Share My World’ singer shared details about alcohol abuse, her infamous relationship with Jodeci‘s K-Ci, and even revealed childhood molestation – a bout that has plagued her for years.

This was very good! I saw it twice. I’m not a big Mary fan, but she has a very interesting story. I could not believe her mother didn’t believe that she was molested. That annoyed me, but I’m glad it made Mary a stronger individual!

Yes @ royalkev – I couldn’t believe this either but I believe it had to have been either a family member or trusted family friend. I wonder if this is what caused her family rift a few years ago.
I’ve been a Mary fan since she debuted and knew that her bad behavior & acting out was due to something deeper than her just being a “hood rat” as others’ claimed.

I love watching people’s stories. Her story was very sad, but i’m glad she has changed her life around and is happy. And can’t wait for this next album.
