Jessie J Readies New Single (And It’s A Good One!)

Published: Monday 12th Sep 2011 by Sam

After a string of questionable single choices, breakout star Jessie J is slated to set the charts alight this Fall with the release of her latest single.

Find out below what’s being lifted next from J’s Platinum selling ‘Who You Are’ LP…

According to UK  Single release schedule, the 23 year old is set to officially service the album’s title track (‘Who You Are’) as her official next British single. Release date is November 7th.

A video for the stirring ballad is said to have already been shot, which comes as little surprise as J recently told That Grape Juice that a ‘late 2011’ release for the track was imminent.

Easily the best song Jessie has recorded to date, the performance below never fails to make me catch varying degrees of chills. Thankfully the masses will soon be able to bask in its Grammy-worthy greatness.

After all!Alongside with L.O.V.E. and ‘Mama Knows Best’ this is the only song on her entire album that I like and the only one that has aged properly and hasn’t got boring after 10-15 listens.I hope she won’t overdo with the video, though. And sorry, but I don’t think it’s Grammy worthy material…

Thank. God. This is my favourite Jessie J song! The message is strong, her voice is incredible and it’s not the generic pop s*** that the likes of Katy Perry and Rihanna. This has to go to #1!

@ASAP Seeing as Taylor Swift, The Black Eyed Peas, and Rihanna have all amassed MULTIPLE Grammy awards, this song and/or the album are absolutely grammy worthy. None of those artist can touch the vocal abilities this woman possesses.

I’m sorry but Jessie is a horrible singer! She can’t hit those notes right. It sound like she’s struggling and that her voice hurts! Plus, she’s so damn extra…. all she does is yell instead of belting out the notes. At least she can sing better than that C*** RIHANNA.

  18. Niko Ramos September 13, 2011

Just beautiful…love the rawness of her voice and this live video!

  19. YOOSONDALOOSE September 13, 2011

But I want ‘Domino’ to be released here as well!
