This s*** is dumb as hell. First, bullying as in taunting, teasing and etc will never be illegal because it conflicts with freedom of speech. Plus, anything physical is already covered by the law. Lady Gaga is either absolutely delusional or just doing this for attention.
Like I really wish she would just sit the f*** down. If you want to help kids, then fund, standby or create another program to help. Perhaps put in a law in place that will make it mandatory so teachers have to stop and report bullying.

Is they doing hate out of fear or because of religion belief? Or is it something more skin deep like parents. Firstly, Gaga did NOT say she only wanted to make gay bullying a crime, she said ALL bullying – she was bullied at school herself and, as she is straight (or possibly bisexual, she doesnt talk about her love life but she certainly isn’t a lesbian), she is hardly likely to want to only ban gay bullying.
Second, being Gay is NOT a f****** choice, people are BORN gay, anyone who thinks differently is either some sort of religious nutjob or just incredibly ill-informed. Bisexuality is arguably a lifestyle choice but being gay is not.
Some of you people disgust me, homophobic assholes who can’t even read properly! I’m not even gay but I know what an impact bullying at school can have on a young person, its awful and needs to be stopped. Whether legislation is the right way to go, I am not sure, I put it down to bad parenting and lack of discipline in schools, the latter at least is something that could be changed.
