Now more than five years since the release of her debut album, it is safe to say that Cassie‘s career has been centred around everything but the music.
However, fans of the Bad Boy performer will be pleased to know that may just be about to change with the surfacing of a snippet for her new song, ‘King Of Hearts‘.
The release has been confirmed to be lifted from her upcoming LP, which is due in coming months.

This song is showing that her hard work has paid off. all the bullshit by ‘i know the truth’ is just a hater trying to swim against the crowd and make themselves stick out.
at the end of the day, cassie is doing what she does best, be a star. lord knows she has the beauty and she DOES have the angelic smooth voice to go with. its inevitable that all artists will share some sort of image or aura of another. this is only expected. i dare you to find me someone completely knew.
this song shows her dedication to work hard, and keep on going no matter what the haters say, and she has sucessfully shown us a track which will make it far. signing with diddy was a personal choice and a business (as well as personal) venture and there is nowt wrong with this. she has made some fantastic songs since. Unlike her first album with ONLY ryan leslie (he is amazing too, dont get it twisted), she has now collaborated with artists such as akon, danja and the clutch, lil wayne and many more to come. she has broadened her horizons and experience. she has so many different styles but all are under-toned with that smooth seductive voice, and no one can fault her. my message to cassie : keep it up b x

Um….it’s cute. It has that dance feel to it, it could do something on the charts. I guess I will have to wait until I hear the full version to really judge it though.

Her cd has been “upcoming” for 5 yrs now. Sad part is, I liked Me and U, Long Way 2 Go. Even the unreleased Stamina and Activate were cool. She doesn’t have a great voice but she can make good dance songs. She’s too busy being under Diddy. He runs everyone to the ground.
