Published: Saturday 17th Sep 2011 by David

Last night saw attendees of the Austin City Limits Music Festival treated to show stopping performances from the likes of Nas and Damian Marley.

However, as to be expected it was Kanye West who stole the show with his delivery of his oft groundbreaking material.

He was ok, as an AUSTINITE, people were still pissed he was even at the show, overshadowing the unknown and indie bands that were there trying to show what they were about. And here comes Kanye West’s giant ego.

I was there, i shot the videos (thanks for re-posting), it was the same thing he did at Coachella, but it was a little better at Coachella, more energy, better stage, longer set and a better crowd that seemed to know the songs and the words.
Doubly disappointed when I realized that he wasn’t going to bring out a single guest star, I guess Austin is too white for that. Not even three songs from Watch The Throne at the end! My dream would’ve been N***** In Paris, Otis and HAM.
