The X-Factor 2011 saw its 5th set of eliminations tonight. Find out who’s heading home this week…
With this week seeing two acts going home, proceedings were altered. The three acts who received the lowest public votes were announced – Kitty, Johnny, and shockingly The Risk.
Yet, many a jaw was slammed hard on the floor when The Risk were immediately sent packing after registering the fewest votes from the not-so-great British public.
It was then down to both of Louis’ contestants Johnny and Kitty to battle it out for the sole remaining slot.
The sing-off proceeded with Johnny taking on ‘Unchained Melody’, while Kitty belted out ‘Beautiful Disaster’.
In the end, it was Kitty who was granted a pass onto next week’s show, after Louis, Tulisa, and Kelly Rowland opted to save her.
The X Factor continues on ITV1 next Saturday.
