Sony singer Beyonce is being hauled into Federal Court in Chicago, Illinois, on December 10, 2009, barring bribing the judge or a settlement, by songwriter, Ricky Allen, for stealing his copyrighted song “Cater 2 U.”
Allen registered the copyright for “Cater 2 U” with the Copyright Office/Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., in 2000. In 2004, a former co-worker of Allen’s gained employment working with Beyonce’s then singing group, Destinys Child.
That same year, Destinys Child, released a song entitled “Cater 2 U” allegedly written by notorious song thief, Beyonce Knowles, but bearing rip-off music, lyrics and the exact same title, as the preexisting, copyrighted song, Allen registered with the Library Of Congress 4 YEARS BEFORE BEYONCE STOLE IT.
Beyonce, has been sued and or slammed by many and I do mean many, songwriters for willfully, deliberately and knowingly stealing their federally and internationally protected, copyrighted songs, photos and videos. Did Rihanna rip off famed photographer David LaChapelle in her new music video for “S&M”? He says she did — eight times over.
The photographer, known for his work in magazines such as Rolling Stone, is suing the popstar for appropriating and copying his work in her new video, alleging that there are eight sequences in the video that steal from his well known photographs.
According to the Daily Mail, LaChapelle’s suit says that Rihanna’s video copied the “composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting” of his photographs, including key scenes such as her latex outfit, her walking of a security guard (which is nearly identical, he said, to his 2002 photograph for Vogue), and newspaper inspired outfit.
LaChapelle had nothing to do with the video, and his staff said that they were entirely surprised when it came out.
“Interns told us that fans were buzzing about the video and wanting to know if David had directed it,” a LaChapelle employee told RadarOnline.com. “Then the phone in the office started ringing off the hook, everyone was like ‘wow it’s amazing – it’s the exact same.'”

Lady Gaga pretending to be pregnant, you know, like Beyonce
It’s amazing, when most singers prepare for a new album, they put the material first and foremost. Looks last. Not madwoman Madonna. She puts plastic surgery first and foremost, in failed attempts at trying to look 21 and awkwardly mimic far younger singers. Her face has been cut and stretched so many times, she looks like a weathered thanksgiving turkey on its last legs, ready to pop and collapse with the next cut.
Rumors in the industry indicate, unattractive Madonna has reportedly been undergoing more plastic surgery, in anticipation of her forthcoming CD and Super Bowl performance. Many online have slammed the news that she is the choice for the half time show, stating she is a terrible selection. She better hope she doesn’t get booed.
In the space of one month, singer Beyonce Knowles went from flat stomach to full blown baby bump that looks like a basketball. If that wasn’t enough, she changed her due date from February 2011 (as stated on the Australian television show that got her in trouble when her baby bump deflated and folded like Enron) to December 2011. How many pregnant women you know push up their delivery date by a whole three months.
Knowles is really insulting the public’s intelligence and for someone that is not bright to begin with she has a lot of nerve. This was not her year, first a failed album now a fake pregnancy that has been scrutinized by press outlets and audiences alike. Her name is gone and so is most of her audience (see diminished record sales for further proof). her stans bad mouth keri hilson all year long ,is it because keri hilson had a platinum single in 2011. reports show that beyonces clan are stating that keri hilson is a walmart performer, but beyonce has also performed in walmart parking lots. Try again haters of keri , it won’t give 4 a top ten hit ,beyonce is basically washed up.

About Gaga/Beyonce: Beyonce being the whole package and Gaga being average at some things… well I´ll tell you one in which Gaga destroys Beyonce: songwritting. I don´t care about how an artist looks or whatever, it doesn´t turn me off. I´m here for the music. And yeah Thanksgiving special was amazing. You and I and Edge of Glory were so great and she looked fabulous
But Beyonce is good don´t get me wrong I´m not a fool. “4” is her best album. Only “Crazy in love” the song is better than “4”. But overall her catalogue is average compared to any huge act, one of those she wants to be so bad (she says she wants to be an icon like the greats, not me)
