Of course, this came as bad news for any who had expected the album to drop in March, threatening its chances of becoming the hit Clive Davis and Simon Cowell are hoping it will be.
Now it’s time to let them know what you’re thinking.

Well to bad for her stan’s.. If she even has any never really like this girl music really she on the same boat as Ashanti trying to make a comeback but nobody really cares or is checking for her cus.. Rhianna & beyonce is going head to head for that crown baby.
Change that weird-looking and lazy cover. Uptempo songs with orchestration, no cover songs, contribute lots of songwriting to all of them. Get some stage presence.
this ain’t big news albums get pushed back all the time just look back to Mariah Carey’s Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel that album was originally supposed to be released August 28th 2009 was pushed back to September 14th then pushed back again to September 29th and ended up selling about 600,000 copies the lowest of any of her studio albums 54% less than it’s predecessor E=MC2 did the year before. granted it came out of one of the darkest periods in her life the loss of her and Nick’s first child in utero so her heart wasn’t in it because she wasn’t able to be honest about her life and it was eatting away at her. the first quarter of the year is a dead time for album releases where as the 4th has the most competition due to the holidays and music award nomiantions season. Glassheart has a chance to do decently if it’s promoted correctly and not released the same week as say Mariah’s next album might be if she waits till the end of the year as it’s her last album with Island Records
Leona has to slay this era.
She has more artisitc integrity than Beyonce could ever but still cant geta release date.
Leona needs to realize her potential and stop being such a ‘go with the flow’ girl. Fight for what you want to or ask to be released from your contract, that way nobodys time is being wasted.

Her songs nor her look can save us from that bland ass personality. Nothing she would or could do in the little box of blandness she lives in will save her. She just doesn’t have star appeal. She could get a hit single but I guarantee you it’s success will be 99% due to the production.

Leona listen very carefully to what i have to say, you have the power to be the LEADING Adult Contemporary act of this generation side by side with Adele. You NEED to work with a choreographer to help you find free flowing and unrehearsed looking moves to give your live shows more energy and you need to learn how to sing with emotion and conviction.
At the moment, your voice is too perfect and that means you lack the hurt and strength that Christina has in Hurt and Rihanna has in Fool In Love, you need to stop being so shy and wake up! Millions of people would give their right tit to be in your posiiton so you cant afford to take your career passively. Wake up and make a difference.
Look at adele, she rarely gives tv interviews, is rarely in the press but sells 100x more than the girls who are on almost every other channel. You CAN maintain your sanity and success if you let the music speak for itself Leona. I hope you listen to this.

Leona would’ve been game over if it was for Simon’s love for her, I believe that they are like Diddy and Cassie, cause to be honest Alexandra has been singing and dancing all over this chick and Simon paid no attention.
My advice to Leona is get a decent vocal coach, a veteran, and then ask Simon for the soul that you lost somewhere… ot get someone who’s not a stan but hungry for you to have success
Leona’s problem is that she sings every tone exactly the same in the same tone with the same notes and no variation… and its boring. Although she can sing ner voice doesn’t excite or evoke soul or emotion so this gives lesser singers and advantage over her… do you really think Leona could sing Adele’s Rolling in the deep? A song by MJB? not happening because she is bland vocally. I personally don’t care if you look good or not but just sang! But she cant. It’s like Rachel and Mercedes from Glee.. Rachel could sing but Mercedes sang!!!
To think that this chick is on the same label as the artist formally known as Whitney Houston, Monica, Alicia Keys and Fantasia to name a few but she still cant get any soul

First off Leona needs to find her niche musically and stop trying to be the next Mariah as she was marketed at the start of her career. She needs strong but not predictable ballads. Also she can add some pop & b flavour. She needs producers like Rick Rubin, Timbaland, Will I Am and to go all the way out of her comfort zone Sean Garrett Chuck Harmony. Linda Perry would be great as well.
She needs some catchy great melodies. She has a great voice but she’s very bland. She’s beautiful. But nothing stands out about her. While she’s great she’s ain’t Mariah.
The voice is being wasted trying to give her songs that dont suit her persona..
Urban, Pop, Soul mid-tempo’s + ballads + one or 2 out of the box tracks is a Leona album.
I dont want her going on these shows with NO COVER SONGS, only ORIGINAL promotional material.
