Urban Hollywood was out in full-force last night, as Essence honored Kelly Rowland music executive Sylvia Rhone.
The duo, who have a storied history together (Rhone signed Rowland to Universal Motown two years ago), were the chief recipients at Essence’s 3rd Annual Women In Music gala – which was also attended by Rowland’s Destiny’s Child badmate Michelle Williams.

I never in a million years thought i’d ever say this especially with them standing side-by-side,BUT Michelle looks better than Kelly :O :O however facially and body-wise Kelly is the winner,but Michelle’s dress is much better than Kelly’s! Kelly’s looks like Beyonce’s VMA”Big announcement” regect version! sorry to say,Kelly has looked WAYYY better before. and speaking of Bey,i would have loved to have seen her out supporting her girl!
