Cheryl Cole has clearly been taking copious notes while watching and studying Rihanna‘s effortlessly successful pseudo-singing career.

Turns out the Girls Aloud star is set to borrow from Miss Fenty’s bag of tricks by teaming up with ‘We Found Love’ super producer Calvin Harris and Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am to produce her first single. The latter is the currently Cole’s agent and manager.
The former X Factor judge is poised to make a comeback this year, with particular interest stateside seeing how every one of her attempts to crack the U.S. market has been wholly unsuccessful. The single, an alleged electro tinged dance floor romp with a 4-on-the-floor breakdown, is slated to drop within the coming weeks. So predictable, yet completely expected.
Look for Cole’s follow-up to ‘Messy Little Raindrops’ to hit stores sometime later this year.

I just hope people realize this will not have the same success or impact as We Found Love, Harris is an excellent producer, he is great but not any of other collaborations will be as big as We Found Love at least not now and not in the next couple of years
The only Harris-produced song that could be as big as Love is Where Have You Been, another Rihanna collabo, so expect other Harris work to be successful and even hit #1 but nowhere as near as the success of WFL
