  3. Chile Please!! March 5, 2012

WTF! Come on now!! Really??? I think it’s waaaaaaaay too soon for an interview from ANY of Whitney’s family members. Dam let the s*** marinate first for like a couple a months matter of fact lets try a year or two. I tell you anything for money & to make a person cry when their trying to mourn in happiness with tears of joy…..not tears of heartache! That’s already been done! FALL BACK PEOPLE!!!!

  4. Easindapayne March 5, 2012

It’s like someone said: When it’s your mother that passed, then you can decide what’s too soon. Until then…

A lot of people are going to want to watch this, but I wonder how much Bobby Kristina will actually talk. Seems very emotional. Who knows, but BK is an adult who can choose to do as she pleases.

I hope that Oprah handles Krissi with care. She’s very fragile after losing her mom and yes, this interview will save OWN as millions will watch.

Oprah is so desperate and disrespectful. I bet u the only thing that came to her mind after Whitney died was getting that first interview to help boost her ailing ratings.

  8. Luvly1 March 5, 2012

I think it’s such a shame that Oprah is willing to exploit this young girl for ratings. The girl just lost everything that meant anything, and for Oprah to disregard the grieving process and not allow Bobbi to come to terms with this tradegy is sick, sad, and disgusting. As a fan of Whitney’s its still a shock to me, so I can’t imagine what she must be going through. I’ve always looked up to Oprah until now. This is low down and I expected more from a woman who called herself Whitney’s friend. I’m absolutely disgusted

THAT I’M EVERY WOMAN ACCAPELLA IS EVERRRYTTHING!!!

LOVE IT!! NICE TO SEE BOBBI KRIS!!

    R.I.P WHITNEY!!

    @Boogie Beesh
Yes it is, Whitney at her best.

  11. TheMan4u March 5, 2012

this may be good for Bobbi kris, she needs to let it out and Oprah seems like a good person to “vent” to, Whitney trusted her and i think Oprah is aware that she is still pretty much a kid

  12. Mely B March 5, 2012

How do ya’ll know that Bobbi Kris didn’t approach Oprah after all of the disrespectful “specials” about her mom, Whitney? I think that Oprah respected and cared about Whitney and was truly rooting for her to be well and although I think it IS too soon for BK to do interviews, it says a lot that she’s comfortable enough to do this with Oprah (hope she stays away from D Sawyer, Baba Wawa, etc – those h*** didn’t care about Whitney, just about ratings).

why do we need to make out a villain out of every story? i mean is there an iota of rumour out there that Oprah tied Bobbi’s arm to her back for this interview. How about Bobbi’s doing this for herself, for closure perhaps. so much crap was put out there when Whitney died; nothing was put off limits including BK’s alleged dabbling with drug in the past, reports she’d be sent to rehab following Whiteny’s last respect. Maybe she wants to rid her chest of this burden and silencing the vultures is one way how. As for Oprah’s benefits from this, well that’s just gravy

  14. voneeluv March 5, 2012

How do you know the family didn’t request the interview to squash all these rumors surrounding whitney’s death. You can’t tell someone when its ok to get over something. The Death of a loved one you never get over so whether you do the interview now, or two yrs. from now the pain will still be there. Bobbi kris has been saying she can’t wait to have an interview to stop all the rumors on her twitter page so she seems cool with doing the interview. To the person who said we should let it marinate how exactly does someone let Death “Marinate” Classic case of an ignorant person trying to sound smart but lacks vocabulary to pull it off. I hope they talk about who leaked the photo of Whitney in her coffin, thats what I want to know.

SMH, this interview is fake just for ratings. According to Cissy Houston’s niece Michele Drinkard, she said Oprah was calling Cissy every freakin day for an interview but finally Cissy said it’s too soon for this and Oprah left her alone. Wow, wtf. Oprah is desperate to save her shitless OWN network. Oprah always does contrived interviews. She’s not an investigative journalist. All she does is appease her guests by asking general open ended questions. Just because you’re treated with class and asked basically to give PC answers does not mean it’s the truth!

  16. Always love you, Whitney (RIP) March 5, 2012

I can’t wait to see this. I really wanna see how Bobby Kristina held up in this fiasco of emotional tides.

  17. Man-TAK-eee March 5, 2012

Bobbi-kris landed an agent via William Morris Agency. The same agency as her mom. No doubt Whitney’s influence got her that agent and now, Tah-Dummm!!! Krissi makes her grand appearance. Mind you it’s amazing how she even got a WME agent since other credible artists have to do 2-3 yrs of solid credits before even being considered. Krissi, on the other hand has done nothing except an off-key version of an Adele song on youtube. I’m just saying.

  18. trucie March 5, 2012

am i the only one disgusted that Oprah even went after the story? I mean seriously. She’s just trying to get ratings for her network. I don’t think the child should have been interviewed. Even if the family the decided on it, Bobby Christina should have been excluded.

  19. YOOSONDALOOSE March 5, 2012

Can’t wait for this, need to hear what they say, think it is going to be emotional. Hope the truth comes out.

  20. JohnVidal (RIPWhitney-true great) March 5, 2012

People always complaining and talking s***!!! Don´t u ever stop for a second and think before talking? Maybe this is what BK needs, to let it out. Or maybe they want to stop rumours. Or whatever, I don´t see the problem if she really wants to do it (which we don´t know cos we are not this family). SO PLEASE shup up

RIP Whitney! I listen to u everyday, like I always did

  21. voneeluv March 5, 2012

which ever reporter went to the family requesting an interview if they (the family) didn’t want to do the interview because its too soon then all the Family had to do was say NO! they said YES! . Just cause its too soon for you guys doesn’t mean its too soon for them. She’s 19 And able to make decisions not like she 5yrs. plz nobody’s being taking advantage of. They are willing participants in this interview no one put an gun to there head

lmao you hit the nail on the head!

i think it is a lil disrespectful to ask someone this soon for an interview but we dont know who’s ppl approached who’s ppl about the interview first…but we have to realize BK is young but she is grown so she can make her own decesions so if she wants to do an interview its her choice ..and Whitney bro is def grown if he want to do that its his business if he is ready to share his thoughts/emotions with world about Whit then so be it

  23. Jay March 5, 2012

What f****** closure? You don’t need a f****** TV show with this woman and her fat ass to get closure.

    It’s just too soon.

  24. Jessica March 5, 2012

Everyone, you gotta understand, maybe Bobbi wanted this to close the bashing about her mother when she died- aka NANCY MOTHERF&$%ING GRACE, who keeps belittle Whitney’s legacy and her family just to get ratings on her stupid HLN show, every night, also claiming Whitney was murdered and all other ish to put that family down. Also putting down her own rumors that the white media keeps saying she’s doing drugs and other foolishness. I don’t think Oprah went to the family to get ratings on her show, they went to her, think about it, why Oprah went to Whitney funeral to get ratings?? It’s better to clear the air and stop the bashing than still wondering and believing the foolishness that is out there. Before Whitney died, she did an interview with Oprah because Diane Sawyer made look trashy years ago and she admitted that she was embarrassed about it and made the record straight, after that, did Oprah trash Whitney on that interview in 2010 after?? No!!! As someone said, Bobbi would’ve said no and not bother at all, and honestly I’m glad she went to Oprah because the white media loves to twist s*** around and make that little girl look bad and bash her too!!! I think after this interview, they shouldn’t talk anymore period and guide Bobbi to the right path in life. I will be watching it.

  25. UMYEAH March 5, 2012

NO surprise. Oprah is the same one who refused to speak on MJ’s passing, and begrudgingly did a ‘half assed ‘tribute’ to herself interviewing him in ’93 but quickly arranged an interview with his mother and his kids at Hayvenhurst. She insinuated her belief that he was guilty but couldn’t wait to exploit his death for ratings. Friends or not, Oprah was probably anxious for an interview with members of the Houston clan. She always has to get ‘the exclusive’ interviews, no matter how tacky or ill-timed they may be.

  26. Man-TAK-eee March 5, 2012

Well, it’s no doubt that Oprah got the interview… her appearance at the funeral was the big clue. Hell, Patricia Houston set up the Whitney interview back in 2009 so it’s an easy slam dunk that Oprah got it this time. I hope they charged $$$ for the sit down since Oprah used to never pay for interviews yet make all the money which isnt f****** fair.

  27. Karen March 6, 2012

Forgive me but there is something so very fake about Pat and Gary I just can’t bring myself to look at the both of them for very long without thinking that they are just not genuine at all
