Chris Brown is gearing ready to release an album, which can only mean one thing – a Trey Songz‘s release cannot be too far behind. ‘Chapter V’, the upcoming album from ‘Mr. Steal-Yo-Girl’ will be lead by the yet-to-be-heard first single, ‘Heart Attack’.
‘Attack’ is expected to premiere March 26th via the R&B crooner’s Twitter.
With a new era on its way, Songz’s fans can’t help but wonder what type of artist he’ll present himself as this time around. His shirtless gimmick and over sexualized on-stage antics can only carry him so far. Indeed, many are already beginning to grow tired of his transparent artistry. As do most artists promoting their latest work, Songz touts ‘Chapter V’ to be his greatest undertaking yet.

You guys are so ridiculous on TGJ how you can’t like more than one artist per genre. With r&b females it’s beyonce, so you tear down all other r&b females. With r&b makes its Chris brown, and so you try and tear down other r&b males. And what evidence do you have that people are starting to tire of trey?
What’s more is that you are just completely inaccurate in nearly all your statements. You say that because CB is releasing an album soon trey won’t be too far behind. Yet you FAILED to note that in 2009 “Ready” was released BEFORE graffiti. Next time around “Passion, Pain & Pleasure” was released in October 2010 and “F.A.M.E.” wasn’t released until 2011. So you were factually wrong there.
And why do you say people are tiring of Trey, and yet both of Trey’s 2 previous albums wipe the floor with CB’s past 2 albums. Or at least “Ready” sure as hell does “graffiti”. And TGJ goes on & on about how successful Chris Brown’s “F.A.M.E.” was. Yet you claim everyone is tired of trey. Well “F.A.M.E.” has sold 720,000 to date. “Passion, Pain & Pleasure” has sold 823,000.
