Xtina FLOPPED with Bionic , cancelled tour, and had no hits off the album at all! The album still till THIS DAY has not even reached 1 Million in sales worlwide, and has only sold an estimated 350,000 copies since 2010 release LMAOOOOO. SO of course she is using this collab and The Voice as an oppurtunity to try to get back in the game. Gaga’s collab with Beyonce was different. Gaga was selling millions of albums, had huge hits, and was on the Monster Ball Tour! Gaga was successful! Xtina is in a different situation!

All of y’all crack me up writing off Christina’s entire career and life off the performance of one album. At least Christina has never falsley inflated the sales of her album.
If Christina is a has been and her career is over, she wouldn’t be a “vocal coach/mentor” on the Voice, scored a Grammy nomination for MLJ, let alone be working on a new album, etc….
Christina’s not just going to throw something together in a year and call it a comeback album like Britney did with Circus. Christina has already proved her comeback and she is working very hard to make sure that she gives her fans exactly what they deserve. At least she’s not some puppet on a string like Britney who is still placed on a conservatorship even after 4 years.
So before you come at my girl again with your lame ass delusions, you should reevaluate who you endorse (Rihanna, Katy, Gaga, Britney)

Let’s get this right. Christina is waiting for the right time to release her project. With Nicki, Katy, and Madonna out right now, she is right for waiting for a summer release. However, she shouldn’t wait until THE VOICE is over to do so because that is a good platform to introduce her new music.
Honestly, people have forgotten about Xtina, and she needs something to remind people that she was once the voice of the industry. I want to ride with her this era, but I just don’t know… I’m putting all my eggs in Ke$ha’s basket because she’s been quietly planning a huge comeback for this LP.

If Xtina’s days are over…then how is she a coach/mentor on the hottest/popular singing competition show on tv right now? So what if “1 album” bombed on the charts after 12 years of being in the business. The fact that she was out for 12 years before having a flop album proves how relevant she remains despite where she’s at on the charts.
Remember Christina said she wants quality not quantity which is advice that most of your favs if not all of them should take from her.

Please RCA has no plan…Xtina should have a single out to capitalize on The Voice…I see Jessie J (UK Voice) has a new single out, Kelly Clarkson (a mentor on The Voice) has music out, Maroon 5 is performing new music on Monday, should I go on??? Don’t be quick to blame RCA.
Several months ago they had a finished recored single from XTina (“Love Your Body”), produced by Max Martin!
They sent it to radio people, they loved it, Julie Pilat from KIIS FM Los Angeles even tweeted about it saying she loved what she heard, was really catch and “a smash”.
But XTina says she is looking for “more personal” songs… which takes more time.
So don’t blame the label. They hooked her up with a hitmaker (Max Martin) and gave her a certified hit, she recorded it, but still didn’t release it and prefers to release a Cee Lo collab instead.
UNLESS we’re all wrong and the track with Cee Lo turns out to be “Love Your Body” now FEATURING Cee Lo as well…

They sent ‘Love Your Body’ to some radio programmers to get feedback. If they got a negative or lukewarm reaction, they would hook her up with more hitmakers. Now that they got a positive response, they just let her do her thing and finish the album. And as the charts have proven many times, having a great single is one thing, but to sell an album, the album needs to be ON POINT.
So don’t blame Christina either. She never refused to release ‘LYB’, she understands that a commercial and radio friendly single is vital, but she wants to make sure the album represents her as an artist and pleases her fans, because, aside from little hit singles and radio adds, it’s the album and the fanbase that truly count at the end of the day

christina its already on a class of her own ,you cannot say she not relevant because her last album didn´t hit platinum ,a lot of talented artists had some musical failures and they are still on the game ,remember that sales doesn´t always equal quality ,you can learn that by watching a lot of today´s no talent acts that just relies on their looks their celebrity satus and gimmicks ,all that stuff doesn´t have to do with talent or music thats not what legend are made of ,they are just being marketed to gain sales ,a lot of them wouldn´t even be remembered in a couple of years
for the people that says that shes fat and she wont be in the music scene again ,just look at adele and tell me if her succes haves to do with her looks ? the haters are still trying to keep her down though. the show ‘entertainment tonight’ was show casing christina, jlo and the possibility that britney may join x factor. they gave jlo and britney much hype. they gave christina about 5 seconds. looks like things are still not going to be easy for her in the media.
