Then,after enjoying dinner, the pair headed to The Pallazo where she performed’How We Do’ and ‘Hot Right Now’ for party goers.

Beyonce in her DC days, Rihanna when I met her for the first time when she was 15 and Gaga before she got dropped from DefJam, I met her when she was 15 as well.

I don’t see Rita’s. All of her success will probably be paid for which Rocnation is infamous for. A very smart, humble and talented girl but she’s very plain Jane to me. Even with all of hot outfits…she still boring.

They should have rolled this gurl out on the humble. Since image is everything, the London grunge look she has doesn’t match with the buzz/promotion she’s been getting. I mean, where’s the swag? Where’s the interest? Everyone knows being a singer is maybe 70% swag/ 30% singing. And when I say swag, its the people’s ability to relate to you and not always typical stunning good looks. The phenomenon that is Adele is a testament to that. Anyway….Rita lacks “IT” factor. People know it when they see it. Whatever it is that you do, you have to be compelling. Example, Kim Kardashian does nothing at all but she keeps people interested. That, is a talent by itself.
IMO she seems stifled, like she is being told what to do and how to be at this point because she’s just getting put on. I hope she can settle into her own eventually. I hope she doesnt end up shelved or unsuccessful like some of the other artists on ROC Nation
