And by the way, Matthew fired Letoya Luckette who went on to have a #1 album and several lucrative endorsements and the label later dropped Solange who had a critically acclaimed album and has now signed several lucrative enforcements and a modelling contract not to mention his new girl group SUCK MAJOR BALLS. Simon fired Cheryl (no talent having) ass and reaped one hell of a backlash for doing so. Both X Factor and the show he returned to (BGT) have flagged in ratings and been beaten by rival shows.
They both suck big time when it comes to spotting major talent so stop using them as examples when it comes to spotting Kellys talent.

Kelly and Trey definitely have good chemistry together. But the heart attack song is just an average song imo and I don’t see it doing much to get people interested in Trey’s album. Strong buzz and appeal equals major success. No buzz or appeal equals flop. Case in point , Ready era strong buzz and appeal Trey had his biggest sales to date. PPP the buzz was average to none and the sales were average to none.
