Feast your eyes on Azealia Banks, in preparation for her set at tonight’s 2012 MET GALA in NYC.
Under the wing of designer Alexander Wang, tonight marks her official introduction to the US media, courtesy of Nicki Minaj.
For, if reports are to believed, Banks was asked to perform at the event when Minaj was forced to pull out- for reasons yet to be confirmed.

i like her,but she is just too d-mn frickle she lets nothing slide,my girl nicki was supposed to do this show and got pulled for reasons unknown,well it is what it is Cee lo got pulled from that victoria secret show then nicki filled the spot and eat a nice piece of bread,so now banks is eating from this spot here that nicki didn’t do, so it,s all good thats how the money go,s around.

I am by no means a fan of the Australian girl but I guarantee you, she will be at the Met Gala next year and she will be serving up porcelain couture that will give the memory of this failed attempt so much side eye.

Its a shame Vera Wang doesn’t make weaves, lacefronts or isn’t also a hairdresser. Those beauty store wigs just wont do for some events.
