It’s been a long time coming- but Ciara is on her way back to the charts.
For today, in preparation for her forthcoming album, the ‘Ride’ star was snapped on her way out of a dance rehearsal, alongside close friend/creative force Jamaica.

As always, we wish Ciara the best and hope this year will mark the start off a fresh start.
Sure, while it’ll take some effort to convince the public she’s worth spending on, we’re sure LA Reid has a few tricks under his sleeve to make sure this campaign goes off without a glitch.
Our only hope is that there is enough funding and strategy available to feed a Rihanna-esque campaign. A campaign, that spawns the #1 singles, #1 album and the world tour Harris has gone too long without.

I’m not trying to hate, but weren’t her last two “comeback” efforts supposed to be epic? And they weren’t? No?
Much like her other “I was R&B but tried to do Pop but it didn’t work out” counterparts, she lost a lot of her fan base. And by fan base, I’m not talking stans. I’m talking people that support her FINANCIALLY.

Ciara needs to be hittin the vocal coach not the dance rehearsals. We know she can dance and thats it. Being an Aaliyah and Janet knockoff only got her so far so if shes gonna try to come with more of the same she better go ahead and scrap the album. Being a good performer doesnt make you an artist. Maybe Ciara needs to just go on So You Think You Can Dance and smash there.

Im soooooo rooting for her this time around. I think with her having 2 unsuccesful eras it really made her go extra hard this time. I think that she has alot to prove and she very hungry. She’s also very ambitious. I heard she’s worked with a shit load of producers & writers like EVEYONE you can imagine. La Reid has a lot of faith in her so hopefully he’ll do her right.
