In honor of her short but inspirational life, the siblings of TLC MC Lisa ‘Left-Eye‘ Lopes have announced the launch of the ‘Left-Eye Music Fest’, ten years after her tragic passing.

Set to take place at the Porter Sandford III Performing Arts Center in Decatur, Georgia, the event will include a children’s concert, food, a talent showcase a fashion show, all in aid of the ‘Lisa Lopes Foundation’, set up in the Rapper’s honor.
On the festival her younger sibling Reingdrop explained:
Lisa is a musical icon and it’s only fitting that we remember her talent and contributions with a creative showcase of all things my sister loved; music, fashion, food and family. It will be an event to remember.
The announcement follows confirmation of a new project by former band mates T-Boz and Chilli, who spoke openly on Lopes’ death and legacy last month.
