Today, in what we’d say is the best Female Rap related news in a while, MIA confirmed the release of a remix to her viral hit ‘Bad Girls‘.
A remix, which will feature fellow Femcees Missy Elliott and Azealia Banks.
Details below…
On the remix, the star tweeted:
BAD GIRLS REMIX COMING SOON !!!!!!@MissyElliott @RyeRye @AZEALIABANKS> f*ck!!!! you all killed it !!!!!! in your own wayzzzzzzzz high in the himalays again!
To which Banks replied:
“OMGGGG YAYYYY!!!!!!! I CAN’TWAIT FOR THIS ‘BAD GIRLS’ REMIX ITS GONNA BE A MOVIE!”
This will mark the first time MIA has worked with Azealia but the second time she would have collaborated with Missy. In 2005, the pair joined forces for the Elliott’s ‘Bad Man‘ which featured on her #1 album ‘The Cookbook‘.

So Missy is gonna do a song with a girl who called out her friend & humiliated her by saying she doesn’t write her own music. Like i said in the past nobody will ever have loyalty towards Kim for good reason! That is the ultimate slap in the face. All her friends making songs with women who she feuds with, Diddy, Xtina, Keyshia Cole, all worked with Nicki & now Missy is working with Azealia. Kimmy can’t catch a break.

Girl look at you ain’t nobody talking about charts and shit….M.I.A, Azealia, and RYE RYE are all hipster-esque so ofcourse the won’t chart as high as as Pop Star Nicki…But i was refering to the cultural phenomenon of girl power this record will have, and how the material will be way better than anything Nicki has done yet. As well how she was not included in this Remix, even though her an M.I.A worked on that flopped Madonna song together because M.I.A. didn’t consider Nicki up to the challenge.lmfao
