For, as quick and witty as her lyrics are, they’re almost identical to almost every other number she’s put out- suffering from the same ‘I’m better than you and I’m going to talk about it in every song‘ syndrome Nicki Minaj has.
We’d say- if she wants a follow up as huge as ‘212’ her best bet is to whip up songs akin to MIA’s ‘Galang‘ and her very own ‘1991‘, as we doubt ‘Jumanji’ will do much to win over new listeners.
