Well, at least if a Tweet by long time associate Manuel Mendez is anything to go by. A Tweet, which has set the net alight with speculation that she will perform at the event.

His announcement gained further steam when he Re-tweeted members of the star’s fan base- confirming the explosive report.
For those who don’t know, Mandez is credited as a member of Knowles’ ‘Wardrobe’ team, responsible for the style she rocked during her ‘Live At Roseland‘ specials.
There is still no word as to whether the 30 year old will perform on the night, but is now the latest act to join the event, following confirmation by Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj and if reports are to believed R&B icon Brandy.

I am probably one of Beyonce’s biggest fans so I say this with much love. Beyonce in my book is far yet one of the most talented singer/performer of this generation and BET knows just how to get their ratings high, include the mention of “BEYONCE” rather performing or just being there. Personally I really wasn’t going to watch the show but now I just can’t miss it whether or not Beyonce is performing or not, but just because she will be in attendance is enough for me with a twist, please Beyonce/Jay-z include your daughter bring her along. I hope Beyonce won’t perform because I want her to release her performance of “REVEL” on DVD and she just can be there to enjoyed the show and accept her awards. I do want to see Brandy and how she has come along. If by chance Beyonce is a surprise performer I already know as well as BET, she will shut it down. Maybe Beyonce will be part of the tribute team to WHITNEY. This BET will be great seeing MR & MRS SHAWN COREY CARTER and posibly their daughter BLUE IVY CARTER, now that would be history, BLUE’S first award show.
