‘Don’t Speak’ maestros No Doubt definitely left people talking after their electric showing at tonight’s ‘Teen Choice Awards’. The Gwen Stefani-led group brought their soon-to-be hit comeback single ‘Settle Down’ to the masses, much to fan delight.
The first single lifted from their ‘Push & Shove’ LP, due September 24th, get into it after the jump:

I don’t really follow them or their music but good for them. It’s nice to see that everyone isn’t automatically hopping on the Dance-Pop bandwagon for a hit.

Oh please, this song and performance was bland and uninteresting. I was a huge ND fan back in the day so I hope this is not indicative of their entire CD!

You couldn’t even hear anything. The mic was buried in the mix and the the whole sound was completely off.

This is so exciting that No Doubt is back. I loved this performance and love the new song. I can’t wait for the new album as I’m a long time No Doubt fan. They performed seamlessly on the show tonight and it’s impressive that they’ve been able to come back together after all these years. I wasn’t home when it was on live, but my coworker at Dish reminded me that I have the Hopper. This automatically records shows that are on during prime time on all major networks with the Prime Time Anytime feature. It was such a convenience! I was relieved because I thought I would miss this performance.

Thank God they performed to save the night from the cheesiness. And the fact that the audience wasn’t dead gives me hope that maybe they haven’t been completely brain washed into thinking they love over-produced trash. Even though ‘Settle Down’ is not one of the band’s strongest songs, it’s miles superior than the current chart hits, so I hope it slays

I love the way she moves on stage, like a Man, remind me of Madonna, it’s kind of cool.
