With season 2 of The X Factor USA set for a September debut, the hype machine has set sail with a titilating new TV spot.
No doubt cooked up to negate the growing murmurs surrounding Britney Spears‘ performance on the judging panel, the clip sees the former stage blazer serve up sass aplenty.

While it’s great to see Ms. Spears seemingly settled in, we can only hope she delivers when the show airs (something we’re sure the producers will ensure is the case anyway). The truest of tests will come during the live show, when the editor’s wand won’t shield her reported “walk-off’s”. Roll on September!

I believe Melanie’s album is underway or is going to be release soon this year. As for a contest who’s about the judges and not the talent of the contestant, well, just look at the voice. First season’s winner is doing really great. Same thing with the 2nd reason winner. Hahahaha. #sarcasm

I can’t fucking wait! The Queen of Pop is coming to your TV screens at least twice every week and you will deal. She will be a hot topic again on tv, news, blogs, more than she has been since her tabloid days of 05-08. The not doing interviews press shy Britney we have seen as of late is now gone! Britney is finally stepping out again to face her critics and I have a feeling she is gonna slay everyone and her doubters will lose their shit when people finally get to sweet how adorable and endearing Britney can be. However that doesn’t mean Im not allowed to feel the same way about Britney. Besides, the truth is I can’t recall the last time Beyonce had a Top 10 on the Hot 100 or better yet a No.1 on that chart. I think Britney had three Top 10s last year and a highly successful world tour. So somebody is apparently checking for her still.

you really think britney selling a truckload of albums back in 1999-2003 is going to seat her on the “queen of pop” throne? besides, if being crowned the ‘queen’ was driven by the number of records sales madonna wouldn’t be makin’ it. since britney was no more than a blonde ‘janet’ (with less dancing talent) if it was driven by legacy and influence the next ‘queen’ should be ‘janet’.
madonna is/was the ‘queen’ because of her longevity and has always been interesting and controversial.
although britney’s head shaving era (though sad) was newsworthy because of her huge presence years before, she still gets a lot of hype only because the media loves her. most of it… a big snore. her record sales are so-so, she was #11 in concert sales… not so great. her fans pretend every minor accomplishment is something phenomenal such as the 3 singles from ‘femme fatale’ that were in the bb top 10 for minutes.
