One-time stage blazer Britney Spears is gearing up for another swipe of the limelight. September 12th sees the ‘Womanizer’ singer make her judging debut on FOX‘s hit talent-search, The X Factor (USA).
Check out the 30 year old posing it up with fellow judges LA Reid, Simon Cowell, and Pop stunner Demi Lovato in a newly released promo shot above.

Where have you been the last 12 years? Britney has never been out of the limelight, whether the reasons were good or bad. People will always be interested in her.
And she’s never had a flop album – which not many people can say after over a decade in the business.

I hate that Britney is so stiff now. I remember times when Britney was always the “main event” of a group photo. The pose that Demi is doing is what I expected Britney to do. Britney looks like the newcomer and Demi looks like she’s been in the game for 10 years. 30 isn’t old so I’ll never understand what happened to the Britney that had the “it” factor.
