The normally colorful Katy Perry stuns in this glossy black-and-white set for her ongoing partnership with ‘GHD’ (Good Hair Day). Going back to black, the ‘Wide Awake’ wailer posed it up for photographer Ellen von Unwerth in a number of settings for the hair care campaign, lending a classic look oft-unseen from the ‘songstress’.

The snaps arrive as the songstress makes more headlines for rumored romance with John Mayer than music making, but nonetheless the latter is said to be finding its way to stores in the coming month. The album would come as the follow-up to the singer’s mildly wildly successful ‘Teenage Dream’ – which spawned 5 #1 singles.

And whats with the shade? TD was hugely successful and she wont be dropping new music at all this year. She’s taking a break and taking her time on her next album.
