The X Factor 2012: Eliminations (Week 4)

Published: Sunday 28th Oct 2012 by Sam

The X Factor 2012 saw its 4th set of eliminations tonight. Find out who’s heading home this week…

{An international phenomenon, local versions of the show show now air in the US, Italy, France and beyond. The brain-child of Simon Cowell, The X Factor is responsible for birthing the careers of Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke, One Direction, Cher Lloyd and JLS.
Judging the hopefuls are Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, original panelist Louis Walsh, and newcomer Nicole Scherzinger}.

After registering the lowest public vote of the contestants, Union J and Jade Ellis were two acts put on the chopping block.

The weekly sing-off proceeded with Union J taking to the stage first singing Pink’s ‘Perfect’, with Jade following with Dido’s ‘White Flag’.

In the end, it was Union J who were granted a pass onto next week’s show, after the majority judges vote swung in their favour – ultimately sending Jade home.

The X Factor continues on ITV1 next Saturday.

People, people, dry your eyes. We all know it doesn’t matter who wins and its more about who Simon Cowell decides he wants to win by hooking the artists he likes with the best songwriters and produces, glossy videos and American intorduction.
    The xfactor ain’t ish.

We vote for the winner and Simon Cowell makes the winner.

My two fav acts were in the bottom two this week, how unfortunate. Oh well good luck Jade but you’ve left the competition to early to score yourself a record deal. With a unique voice like that, you should not have gone to X-Factor but instead met A&R reps directly.
