Rihanna and Chris Brown enjoyed each other’s company last night, caught partying at NYC’s Griffin Nightclub hours after the trendsetter touched down in the city following a trip to LA two days ago.
Some time later, Brown was spotted leaving the Gansevoort Hotel, at which Rihanna has been staying prompting reports their time together did not end at the club, where they were reported to be in good spirits and according to some party goers- ‘kissing in public’.

Amerie is still around, she’s just unfortunately one of those R&B artists who struggle to get a hit post 2005-2006. I always wondered why Rihanna was never dropped after her debut album which only went gold with sales no larger than 550,000 copies. It also only had two singles with one being considered a “hit.” Labels never take another risk like that on a sophomore album without some type of funding or debt by the artist in large sum. I think everyone should read this article to open up the eyes to the lives of the people they idolize. They don’t know the least bit or “realize” it is a “business” and a stressful one at that. Celebs get married and divorced as fast as whoppers go out a Burger King drive-thru window! The faster you make that money, you loose it just as fast as well and you have to continue work to keep your “status.” I now realize why Rihanna continues to put out album after album, and thats to tour TO make money because a lot of what she makes goes to her career (videos, singles, albums). She probably still owes money to her label after each album is released because none really make huge figures, just the singles…Just wow.

Why does everyone jump to the conclusion that they will get back together? Maybe hanging out/hooking up every now and then is what works for them. Being together on a regular basis like a relationship is much more demanding than being buddies. You can handle an ex in small doses, but dealing with them on a regular basis will inevitably remind you of why you broke up in the first place. They’ll probably continue to “hang out” until they argue and stop talking or until one or both meet serious significant others (not the type that sit idly by like Karrueche).

Didn’t they also live together? I just don’t get some people. If you have all the time in the world to talk about other people, and for them to be a topic of discussion with you and your friends, whenever you all get together…you obviously aren’t living your own life.
