As exclusively reported here, R&B/Hip Hop hitmaker Rico Love is set to rejoin ‘It All Belongs To Me’ co-star Monica for her 7th studio LP.

Boasting ‘executive producer’ rights, news has now surfaced that Love will not be the only big name listed under production credits. For, per the suggestions of many-That Grape Juice-faithful, Mo took to Twitter to unveil a full list of hitmakers set to contribute to the album’s sound:

Yes, yes, and yes!  Here’s hoping this team can deliver us a ‘Still Standing’ pt. 2!  But even with this host of hitmakers:

Who else would you like to see producing Monica’s new album?

KEEP RICO LOVE AWAY FROM THIS RECORD, RCA!

HE GAVE MONICA NOTHING BUT BORING BEATS AND WEAK LYRICS.

NO, NO, NO, NO, NO to Rico.

  5. Mean Jean October 9, 2012

I am a BIG TIME Monica fan, but I feel like she always gets the worst from big name producers other than Missy. Hopefully she DEMANDS better!

  6. JJFan1814 October 9, 2012

I like a couple of her songs but not really a fan…But after peeping at some of the producers (stargate) I’m really interested in hearing what they will come up with

    • KNUCK October 10, 2012

  7. FuckingYoDaddy October 9, 2012

this b**** just wont let brandy shineee this h** working with the same producers and all loool this b**** cant stand for Brandy to shine! FOH i dont like this b****!

    • trillafood October 9, 2012

Monica is a one trick pony. She isn’t versatile like Brandy so she could never. Good luck to her though.

    • LDC October 9, 2012

Shut up. Who Monica works with has nothing to do with Brandy. And Brandy’s “shineee” (whatever the f*** that’s supposed to mean) has nothing to do with Monica. Two different artists, two different careers. If you’re that damn concerned about Brandy’s “shine”, then you better not only put your money where your big mouth is (buying every album, every single, ever import, joining the fan club…if she has one, etc., etc.) but also join a street team promoting her. Unless you’re doing all these things then, again, shut up.

    • jboogie October 9, 2012

what r u talking about? monica worked with some of those porducers before brandy did. and her album aint coming out no time soon so how in the hell is she getting in the way of brandy’s shine? youre just showing that you’re threatened and insecure. poor you.

  8. quan October 9, 2012

She’s a flop with boring music

No one is here for the same s*** you selling

  9. quan October 9, 2012

sweety monica is no competition for Brandy now that she’s back on her feet.

    • Ryanlhigh October 9, 2012

Sweetie never fell off her feet. Never got dropped from a label, so don’t throw Shade.

      • Jahlal October 10, 2012

Brandy has been dropped before ”sorry”

      • Bran Star October 12, 2012

Really? New Life flopped harder than any album in her career, it’s the lowest selling album she has thus far…that’s a pretty big FALL just sayin’

    • Twhist October 10, 2012

B**** kick rocks barefoot with your grandmas feet. You Brandy fans have fallen and bumped your heads…Monica lets Brandy have it. I suggest you check Monica’s billboard ranking…Monica sits a 24 while Brandy is at 47. You b****** kill me…isn’t this Brandy’s first number in 10 years?! It is and the b**** has been dropped twice…Monica has always had a recording contract h***…lmao while I read billboard ranking of the most influential R&B singers from the past 25 yrs lol

y`all sooo delusional.. monica worked with some of these ppl before brandy and Mo proved herself with Still Standing that she`s doing just THAT ! y`all better go buy brandy`s album before she has suicidal thoughts again *no joke*

*p.s. loved New Life.. it really was a breath of fresh air that i cant get enough of !

  11. Ryanlhigh October 9, 2012

These brandy Stan’s are so hilarious Monica worked ith all dem producers on Still Standing . I like Brandy so good luck next week. R&B just ain’t selling as before. Just ask Miquel, Usher, Cris, and lst goes on. New life is a great album ask Brandy?

    • FAF October 10, 2012

CB is not doing R&B … his sales plummeted because of R**** who he can’t stay away from ! x

  12. Real October 9, 2012

I like Monica as a person but as of late her music is BORING and her vocals seem to be noticeably deteriorating, especially that nasty vibrato, she NEEDS vocal lessons…she has way too much potential to be struggling for notes the way she does. And she’s working with Missy AGAIN? How is she bringing “FRESH” working with Missy who only gives her tired ass old school samples? STOP TRYING TO RECREATE “EVERYTHING TO ME”! Move on to big and better! How about working with Dallas Austin, Ryan Tedder, Diplo, Ceelo, Adam Levine, Robin Thicke, Danja, Swizz Beats, Mad Scientist, Soundz, Soulshock…

    • FAF October 10, 2012

DEAD I agree w/ everything.. except DIPLO chile what???

    • KayeV October 10, 2012

i agree with you a 1000+ right thurr ! i dont see what would be fresh cause majority of those producers shes already worked with so ” Fresh ” sounds like an understatement , especially that Rico Love and his recycled beats

        Yessssssss! Read these b****** down!

  13. LDC October 9, 2012

Ditch Rico Love. I don’t know why so many R&B artists are going to him now. I can’t think of anything he’s ever written or produced that I thought was especially stellar. He’s dry.

  14. christinastherealtalent October 9, 2012

New Life had a lot of hot jams and unless you’re a true Monica fan, you wouldn’t had appreciated it.

They just released all the wrong songs as singles.

    Amazing
    3D
    Time To Move On
    Man Who has Everything

Until it Gone should’ve been given more promotion.

    • Twhist October 10, 2012

New life was the bomb…Monica sang her face off. Guess Brandy needed the hit more than Mo…it’s been 10 yrs since Brandy had a # 1 song lol good for Bran…

  15. Asa October 9, 2012

It All Belongs To Me, was probably one of the weakest songs on New Life. New Life was great imo, didn’t surpass Still Standing overall quality, but NL had more songs so it wss good.

I will never understand the hatred people spew at artists. This kind of s*** is why R&B is struggling. There is tons of room for everybody.

    Grow up people.

    • jboogie October 10, 2012

      preach!

  16. antertain October 9, 2012

Oooooooh yeeeeeessss (in a deep gravelly tone). Sooooo happy Jim Jonsin is back in the loop with this album. Mirror was a crossover hit that never came out on still standing but love that she delivered on such a great song. This sounds like a proper line up. I would love R.Kelly to work with her also.

  17. Jeff October 10, 2012

I have to admit that i’m a sucker for Missy songs, old samples and all, and they are probably the songs i listen to most from Monica. I happy she has this rosta of producers, but if its all slow, mid slow tempo then i’ll pass because i cannot do it again.

  18. yesss we can October 10, 2012

monica needs something new like mansur jazmine sullivan always does well wit her and missy…missy always gives monica the best i think mo always kills wit polow da don and i think she should get wit swizz beatz and pop and oak and stacy barthe team they will give mo that extra push!!!

  19. JER October 10, 2012

Sorry but didnt Monica just release an album? Monica GRRRL I see you trying that Rihanna AKA Mariah routine poppin them out but honeT please take your time because this last album was not the hotness

    • Twhist October 13, 2012

You tried that…I’ll let that sidebar comment slide…next time I’m holding you accountable for the read I’m itching to give you!

  20. CRYSTAL MCCUNE October 10, 2012

I am and will always be a Monica lover!! I am excited about Lucky 7 because I really didn’t like New Life. To me Until Its Gone,Amazing and It All Belongs to me F/Brandy were the only good songs on the Album. I DONT THINK THAT BRANDY AND MONICA R COMPETING! SO Y DO PPL TRY TO MAKE THEM RIVALS! DAM THE WORLD IS BIG ENOUGH FOR THEM BOTH TO SHINE.

  21. Lock down October 10, 2012

After the snoozefest that was New life the Cd is collecting dust over here lol I only play 3 songs But I’m excited for this project!!! I need uptempo songs

  22. MaZ October 10, 2012

I want to see her back in lab with Jermaine Dupri and Dallas Austin. The Boy is mine album was a classic!

Would love to see Tweet and Jazmine Sullivan collaborate again with her and Missy.

  23. Bisexual Harlem October 10, 2012

Monica is such a hater. #twoeleven

  24. ThatThang October 10, 2012

So looking forward to this and all of the other REAL R&B albums that are set to come out in the coming months !! R&B is back

  25. michael October 10, 2012

Some are yall ppl are crazy. Monica worked with most of these producers. Way before brandy even knew who they where. I think her and missy makes a great team. Most of my favorite Monica songs. Are songs that was produced and written by missy. I wish ppl would quit comparing brandy and Monica cause their sounds are different. Monica sings traditional r&b. Brandy sings urban r&b and soul. Im a big Monica fan but has anybody besides noticed that Monica is starting to release a new alumb every year. Isiah Classic Food available on kindle.

  26. credits October 10, 2012

Monica always delivers solid albums. I just don’t think her and the team are picking the right singles or follow up singles for that matter. And they give up on the album waaayyyy too soon. Still standing could have had a way better and longer run than it did. ‘betcha’ and one of my favourites, ‘stay or go’ had great single potential, and ‘here i am’ should have been given the video treatment. Same with New Life, ‘in 3d’ is a major song, that really could have crossed over.
