Though it is already one of the highest selling LPs of the year with 1 million copies sold worldwide, there’s no denying Nicki Minaj’s ‘Roman Reloaded‘ is under performing in the US.
Ironically, though she is far more ‘well known’ today than she was during the release of her debut LP ‘Pink Friday’, the mishandling of many a single has seen ‘Reloaded’ fail to live up to its initial hype.
So now, in a bid to push its overall sales, she is to re-release the project this November.

We mean, with ‘Va Va Voom’, ‘Whip It’ and ‘Masquerade’ just waiting to slaughter many a Top Ten, we hope Nicki takes the GaGa route and gives each of her singles the time and push they need to reach their potential.

There isn’t no hype for this album. ‘The Boys’ ain’t doing it for the pop or the urban ‘Barbz’. All her original fans have left the building and locked the door behind them. Fans of pop Nicki will move on to the next generic gimmick as usual. No one really cares anymore, won’t improve sales! Sorry Nic, I’m fine with my Azealia Banks mixtapes.

Nicki’s album didn’t enjoy the success “the hype” promised because it was just that, HYPE. Majority of America isn’t into that type of generic music and neither are majority of her 23,000,000 twitter followers. I mean if you have like 8 music videos out, 23,000,000 followers on twitter and only 1,000,000 of them ‘followers’ in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD buy that album then that means only 4.35% of Nicki’s followers in various countries (600,000 and something being here in the US) actually wasted their money on that album. I mean 4.35% isn’t even a D- on a quiz that is an F- to the fifth power, so explain to me how her music is winning? Now i know the staff here at TGJ stan for NM but her album is a long shot and a blue moon away from even being considered one of the best selling albums of the year that title goes to Queen Adele who’s stunning 21 has slayed and snatched several of NM wigs by selling over 3 million copies this year alone in the US and she released it in 2011 not to mention holding the title for the most albums sold in 1 week thus far… to add further insult to injury Adele’s 21 sold over 700,000 copies the week after the grammys… again Sorry to burst your bubble TGJ but PFRR has only sold 627,000 copies here in the US as of August 2012… now I am not hating NM but best selling album of the year is more than an overstatement it is a lie… here you go again giving us that biased posting….

If anyone is going to walk away with a #1 album, it’s going to be AC/DC.
Rock bands and Country artists have very strong and loyal followers. AC/DC last album debuted with over 700k.
I doubt Rihanna will have a #1 album, even then she’s a longevity artist. Rather have that then quickly plummet off the chart.
