The X Factor 2012 aired its second Live Show this evening. This portion of the talent search sees the contestants’ ability showcased before a live audience – with an act being sent home each week.
Judging the hopefuls are new additions Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, original panelist Louis Walsh, and newcomer Nicole Scherzinger.

Emeli Sande and Lana del ray are the biggest selling females in the UK. They both opened at over 100k. Rita opened at 40k. Carley Rae and Goyte have the biggest seling single. Rita Ora is a non f****** factor in the UK. Her album has dropped of the itunes chart, Rihanna’s loud and TTT are still there
Emelie Sande has sold nearly a million albums. Her album came out in Feb and it has not left the top 10. Rita ORA LP has not even sold 100k. Jessie J went gold on pre orders. Jessie J has never had a number 1 album. So, f*** a number 1 album

I like Union J and Jade Ellis.
Union J are the only boy band I can actually take seriously. Good looking, can actually sing and great stage presence. They have the potential to blow up. I hope they do really well.
I really like Jade Ellis because she has the winning formula for a successful pop artist. She has a banging body, very beautiful face, personality and a unique tone to her voice. I cannot wait to hear the type of music she could release if she had the right team behind her. She has the potential to be a superstar.
Union J are the best looking boy band i have ever seen. They cannot sing. I feel sorry for District 3 – they work harder and can sing, but because they are not good looking, they will lose out. Bet District 3 are gutted the Nigerian group had there visa, that way Union J would not have come back, with George Shelley.
Jade Ellis: Can ruin and end Rita Ora Career in the UK…and she WILL! She has natural swag, beauty and a REAL voice, not that Rita Ora strained vocal rangeless generic BS. I do not think Jade could be a star in America. The competition is too fierce and she does not have enough oomph to stand out.
My fave is James Arthur. That white boy has Emimen style pain in his voice. You can feel it when he sings. He has suffered and it shows, and, unlike Em, he is not angry or immature. Plus, he raps, writes songs and plays the Guitar. He can rap; sing RNB, soul and rock. He is the best male contestant ever on xfactor and the only one who could be on the USA xfactor. I want him to win. I believe he can be like Adele in the USA.
Sadly, aside from that black boy with the blonde, there is no black on this show. First time they have refused to take a black girl to the live shows.
Did you see the 16 yr old sing Minnie Ripperton ? LOL LOL Ella and Jade have ended Rita Ora career in the UK and they are only in week 2 on xfactor.
no iconic/original/legendary artist will ever come from any x-factor type show. the public choose people who are nice, not original/creative. simon chooses people he can make a quick buck out of, not a lasting career.
