Leona Lewis Soars With ‘Lovebird’ On ‘Daybreak’

Published: Friday 23rd Nov 2012 by Sam

Leona Lewis may not have released the video for new single ‘Lovebird’ yet, but that hasn’t stopped the vocal powerhouse from hitting the promotional trail in support of the Puretone produced cut.

The X Factor alum took front stage centre on ITV’s Daybreak this morning, serving up a rousing rendition of the track – which is the latest to be lifted from her third studio album, ‘Glassheart’.

Watch Ms. Lewis in action below…

As with all Leona showings, a technically great performance. That said, to say this single-choice is baffling would slightly undersell our actual stance. For, we can’t but scratch our heads at the fact that songs such as ‘Shake You Up’, ‘Sugar’, and ‘Favourite Scar’ are being overlooked in favour of this.

Still, Leona is a premium talent who re-affirms that fact with every performance.

What a waste!!!!! One of the most boring chics in modern music history. No way she should be singing a song with the lyrics “dumb, dumb, diddy” in it and while wear some old lady’s church dress. Just saying………………….

Wow what a pitchy vocal. One of her worst. Its like she felt restricted and couldn’t open her vocals up to belt.

Awwww. I feel bad for her. They just knew that she’d be the next Mariah. Too bad, so sad. 🙁

Pony-face looked stunning, but yeah, her vocals were pitchy… They’ve been pitchy since the beginning though, she was just hyped a lot. Beautiful voice though, and sometimes she has her good moments.

Leona Lewis, knew that she wouldn’t keep the good girl next door image for long, it was a matter time that she would change her image and become like the other industry whores. Don’t be surprise when she starts behaving like Rihanna and britney, Christina, from girl next door to industry w****.
