New Video: No Doubt – ‘Looking Hot’

Today’s been a sweet day for new releases. For, after new efforts by Brandy and Nicki Minaj, No Doubt deliver their video for ‘Looking Hot’.

Achieving what Nelly Furtado‘s ‘The Spirit Indestructible’ struggled to, the engaging clip left the girls over at She Is Diva (and us to) blown away, even prompting us to pick up a copy of the band’s new LP ‘Push & Shove’.

Breathtaking piece below…

Gwen looks gorgeous, as per usual, and I like the video…however, I really don’t like this song. -_-

The album could have been better but I can´t get enough of two of the songs: “Looking hot” and “Push and shove”. “Easy” is good too
Does anybody know with how many copies did they debut on Billboard some weeks ago?

      No. 3 (115,000).

      According to billboard.

Surprisingly- Nelly Furtado “The Spirit Indestructible” is a far better song then this stale No Doubt track.

This was not the comeback I envisioned when I heard No Doubt was readying a new album. I have been a fan since 1996 with “Dont Speak” and this era is garbage. Truly not worth the wait at all. I havent liked a single song that was lifted from the album. Went to a lounge last night and they were playing “Hella Good”, now THAT is what I miss in ND, songs like Hella Good, Hey Baby, Underneath it all, Its my life. Oh Gwen.

…So you want Pharrell to produce their s***? This song has the same tone as Hey Baby, which was a retarded ass song as well. The difference isn’t the music — the difference is YOU. You’re older and have grown away from that sound of music. The only reason you like the older songs is because you liked them when you were younger.

I dont think I’m the only one who isnt feeling this album. I enjoy the previous ND material. Each album they had different sounds and it still worked. You cant say that Simple Kind of Life had the same sound as Hey Baby cause they were totally different songs production wise. What Im sayin is, I can evolve with ND’s music just like a true fan does but this particular group of songs are not great to me. Thanks for not shitting all over my comment like most ppl do on this site. Its amazing the names ppl get called cause they dont agree. I think we can agree to disagree dont u think 🙂

The problem is this song and album already sounded dated the moment it came out. ND should’ve done a mixture of their signature sound and Gwens sound
