Beyonce is coming for blood.
The above, albeit a little extreme, is the safest way to describe the force that is her latest album campaign- following the release of 2011′s ’4‘. Now, as to boost momentum for the release, ‘Luxury‘ belle Azealia Banks has revealed that she contributed to the album, due out in a matter of months.
Her news below…
In a recent interview for ASOS, she revealed:
“I actually did something for her record in Miami a couple weeks ago. “I really didn’t want to say it because I didn’t want to jinx it ’cause you know how that sh*t goes.”
Fans can look forward to Azealia‘s debut album ‘Broke With Expensive Taste’ in the coming weeks, which will feature contributions from Adele collaborator, Paul Epworth.
As far as Beyonce goes, February 3rd will see her take to the Superbowl 2013 Halftime Show to perform a medley of her greatest hits and cuts from the hotly anticipated new album- marking her fifth since 2003′s ‘Dangerously In Love’.

I don’t see this as shade, I see it as a precautionary move. No one would be checking for azealia on a Beyonce song, but Nicki on the hand just may manage to overshadow Bey on her own song. When Nicki features on your song, its no longer your song.
Never say it can’t be done, look what she did to Kanye and Jay Z on Monster, and what has done to Mariah on Idol. No one’s really tuning in for boring Mariah.
