As reported here, fans of NBC’s hit musical series ‘Smash’ have long been adjusted to American Idol alum Katharine Mcphee‘s presence on the show, but now she’ll be making room for another ‘Idol’ graduate – Jennifer Hudson.
Yes, for those who have been asking ‘Where You At’ to Hudson in her absence over the last few months, they can rest assured the songstress will be in full view as she takes on the role of Veronica Moore in season 2 of ‘Smash’…
Joining her castmasts, Hudson shines in the latest issue of ‘Entertainment Weekly’. Look below for one more shot as well as the trailer for the new season due for premiere on February 5th.

What a better Way to Start the NewYear new to be on one of the biggest new shows on television! I think She is on of the most Beautifulist Celebs in Hoollywood! vocalist who?Now I love JHud but she is far from a vocalist.Power does not mean you can sing and know your voice that good that you can use it as its own instrument. she is a belter without any control and resonance.Her technique is far good and she barely uses her lower registers or even a falsetto.So how can she be a vocalist.Whitney had power but she knew how to control it and made it resonant plus she used every register of her voice.Jennifer is not no vocalist.Plus her tone is not all that either.

Exactly! Jennifer Hudson is not even close to being in the same book as Whitney. She has no control of her voice and has horrible technique. Some people just hear loudness and power and think that’s all it takes to me make a great singer.

Sam saying ppl been askin “where u at” about her? Here in the states I see her every 10 min on her tired ass weight watchers commercials. What about the other ppl that endorse them? Not just celebs but we are tired of seeing her as if she is the first human to ever lose weight in the history of man kind. She’s getting to be known more for weight watchers than acting/singing. As far as looks go she always looked strange to me since losing weight, she is too young to be having a saggy ass mouth and parenthesis around her mouth.

Jennifer Hudson is so boring. Her voice is very old-fashioned and church like, and she doesn’t have “IT”. She always seems to have the arrogant, condescending attitude also. I don’t care for her, but best of luck to her!
