According to BBC Newsbeat, the 31 year old megastar is making a beeline for the BRIT Awards 2013 stage – after being confirmed as the latest performer at the February 20th event.
The sure-fire spectacle will mark King B’s first performance at the show since her ‘Crazy In Love‘ showcase nine years ago at the 2004 show.
More broadly speaking, the star’s high-profile performance forms part of a major promotional campaign to launch her 5th studio album – which already benefits from a Super Bowl Half-Time extravaganza, HBO special, National Anthem performance at President Obama’s inauguration, and more.

Her album is not even coming out in the UK in Feb. Her song is not even on UK radio and she will be outclassed by Emelie Sande at the brits. Rihanna is bigger and more famous in the UK than Beyonce. Rihanna sold 100 million records you can look on def jam or billboard site and they have a picture of her holding up a plaque of all her records on there but records are albums singles and everything else together. For her to be 24 and have a 8 long career and sell that much is pretty impressive so yes beyhive she sold more records than Beyonce SOLO Beyonce sold 75 million records not albums! Preceding her, James Taylor’s “America the Beautiful” had a wandering, folk frailty – it could have been the veteran left-wing patriot Pete Seeger up there. Kelly Clarkson’s “My Country, ’Tis of Thee” was blowsily overblown in TV talent-show style, missing every mark of emotion.
They were all just warm-up acts for Beyoncé.
As her bold vocal surge subsided, Mr Obama must momentarily have felt like one too.
