She is the pure definition of an artist. I’ll never forget the first time I saw her live (before bad romance hit #1) she inspired me beyond everything. I’ve seen Rihanna, Ciara, T.I., LiL wayne, The Pussycat Dolls, Christina Aguilera, Danity Kane, Ludacris, Florence and the machine. and a ton of other hip hop+Alternative artist and though most of the ones I named put on GREAT shows – nobody inspires and PERFORMS quite like Gaga. I agree, I felt targeted and cornered because I love all three and I don’t hate anything more in this world then having them pitted against each other, which unfortunately is always the case. Yes, Mariah is better than her. Mariah hasn’t been to Australian since 1998 (14 years ago) and she sold out a revenue and an arena (22,000) under 4 MINS. She also sold out Melbourne Stadium 35,000-44,000. Rihanna is in her prime so she should be selling that for someone you claim to be “a global superstar”. I mean what does talent have to do with tour? Even Justin Bieber and 1D sell out.
Plus in her prime, Mariah sold out Tokyo Dome 150,000 tickets under 3 hours beating the Rolling Stones’ record right? She still holds that record. So yes, in her prime she sold more tickets (and not in 15+ days but 3 hours) and still hold the record. Wait until Rihanna lasts 22+ years and is able to sell out under 4 mins after 14 year hiatus.

What does this have to do with talent? How many albums has Rihanna sold? Nowhere near that of Celine and she’s slaying with her most recent album (541k in FRANCE alone in 1 month — more than Unapologetic). Lets also not mention how well her tours are doing.

I’m sorry, I just never really know if Gaga’s sincere or not. Even when she has moments like this it still seem like she’s just finding a way to toot her own horn. It’s all appears to be a bit contrived to me.
I will end things on a positive note and give her credit for all her success though. In her few years as a recording artist, she’s influence the last change in music that’s going on right now.

That bitch said that Kelly Clarkson is not an artist so everything is clear. According to him Bad Romance is a good song but Kelly’s music is radio friendly and boring? Wtf? Rarara urarara gagaga tralalala is a good song and Because of You/Behind These Hazel Eyes are radio friendly songs? Kelly has the best ballads and her voice is so powerful, I adore her, she’s a real artist and she can OUTSING Lana Del Ray anyday, and he stans for that bitch as well. I can’t at that delusional hoe who thinks there’s no one better than Whitney/Mariah/Celine who’ve been singing the same shit for years. Celine sings just ballads, her music is so predictable and good if you want to fall asleep.
