Music’s biggest calendar night is but a day away, and while much about the 55th Annual Grammy Awards has been coated in secrecy, details about its opener have been confirmed.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, the show’s executive producer Ken Ehrlich revealed that Justin Timberlake will be kicking off tomorrow’s festivities with new single ‘Suit & Tie‘. The Pop force will also perform a previously unheard track from his eagerly awaited third album ‘The 20/20 Experience’.
Of the said project, Ehrlich said:
It’s great seeing Justin back. The last time he was on, he literally saved the show. We had a gaping hole in the show [after the Chris Brown and Rihanna incident] and he jumped in at the top of the show with Al Green. It was fantastic of him to do it. And then, I hope we didn’t cause it, but he left music for a while and became a movie star of sorts. It was really exciting when we got the call that he was back and doing music. I don’t know how many people even knew until a few months ago that he was back and making music. He was incredibly quiet about the fact that he was working on an album. And to me it’s not just an album, it’s a great album. He played five or six tracks for me just two or three weeks ago, and the great thing is not only is he doing a song that everybody has heard by now, but he’s also going to tack on to that something that nobody has heard. So we’ve got a nice little world premiere going with him that’s very, very exciting.

While ‘Suit & Tie’ continues to not give us what we need, we’d by lying if we said we aren’t eager to both see and hear what JT will be serving up come tomorrow. For, given his wealth of talent and solid body of work, Timberlake brings a certain level of excitement to any show he’s performing on.

Even if he premieres something else tomorrow, at some point S&T is gonna be mixed in.

Grammys Superbowl most likely TV interviews to promote the documentary then HBO will show the documentary in a week or so the new tour all this promotion for what to promote a two year album I don’t get it!!!!!

There was gonna be a single. Pepsi confirmed this and so did the dream. But, we all know she took 2 singles to be tested at 40 American pop stations.
The superbowl has passed. The Grammy’s will pass. The Brits will pass and NO SINGLE OR EVEN DATE FROM HER LABEL ( PEPSI ) She has not toured in 4 years, so it makes sense that some dates are selling out for he tour. Rih last tour was only 2011 .
Why no single? Because they are pushing it back, The tour is a diversion: she needed to do something slick to conceal, the fact that she is pushing her album back. A tour is a great way. Look how quick the tour has just pooped up. This is plan B, I expect the real Plan B was Destiny Child , but michelle seems more engrossed in the Fela, so her heart was not in it.
There is not gonna be a beyonce single, this year.

I am huge JT fan, I really am! But, JB has blown him out water ( evne tyhough JB albums have never sold over 7 mill like JT.) JB, at 18 is better looking; more stylist and more well rounded and talented than JT, It will be very interesting to see JT and JB go head to head in the charts.
Either both of these white boys shit all over the current crop of black singers. Miguel is funky, contrived and weird. Frank Ocean is gay. Luke james has bland music and bland look. Chris brown is a monster. Neyo is not cute. Usher is old. Trey songs is just wack. B smtith will never happen. Eliaj blake is a songwriter and nothing more.
There is no male beyonce or rihanna . A total package black singer is lacking. Jodeci , Rkelly and Usher ( younger ) were teh only total package RNB singers. Even Ginuwine had back in teh day.

Iggy Azalia is not signed, yet she has already been on mTV American tour with Rita Whora, performed at VHI diva’s, been signed to a Top PR firm and now….she will be supporting NAS and meek mill on their European and Australian tour. There is even rumors she has been in the studio with Rihanna.

I like ‘Suit & Tie’ so I’m glad he is performing it. I don’t like the way they slow the beat down for the JayZ feature though, other than that I think it’s a nice R&B tune. I’m glad he didn’t come back with that dance/pop stuff just to get a quick hit back on the charts. Instead he came back with a smooth R&B, old school, feel good song.

Justin may have been a heartthrob in his teens, But he’s proven himself to have won over many women as well and have had a successful career as a fully grown man. When will JB hit puberty? I don’t know about richer or more famous, but Timberlake did indeed gain his fame as an individual outside of his NSYNC bandmates as being the boyfriend of Britney Spears. Then he used their breakup to catapult him into solo stardom. So Bieber gets a point for making it without riding someone else’s coattails.

since both beyonce and justin albums are coming out in april, which one will sell more. i am thinking justin because this is a real music comeback for him. beyonce didn’t go anywhere. 4 went platinum and she did shows, so this is not a comeback.
