This girl is indeed on fire!
After notching her 4th #1 album with 2012′s ‘Girl On Fire’, Grammy-winner Alicia Keys has been racking up the promo points with guest appearances on high profile outings such as the Presidential inauguration, the 2013 Superbowl (national anthem), and now the 2013 NBA All Star Game.
Just one week from her anticipated showing on the 2013 Grammy stage, Keys will be in full effect at the 62nd annual event to lend a medley of fan favorites.
With fellow R&B acts John Legend on hand to sing the national anthem and Ne-Yo onboard to sing some of his greatest hits, it looks like R&B is coming back in a big way! Tune into TNT on Sunday, February 17, to see all the action!

What does Rihanna have to do with Alicia performance? She is probably preparing herself for her worldwide tour, so she stays unbothered. Stay and Pour It Up videos are coming, that make people more excited than Alicia Keys performance at this event. I am from Belgrade and both Alicia and Rihanna had concert here. Rihanna did it in 2007 and she had 15 000+ people at her concert, while Alicia barely had 8000 people (Kombank Arena can recieve 20 000 people). Not to mention the fact that Rihanna’s tours gross more than Alicia’s.

she is too scared, she promoting her tour because she already knows that the album is a 4lop. so she will take the money from her fans and once she has that tour money she will throw the album in even if its a flop. she will have for fans duped. giving them the same shit without any new material.
she could even cancel some of her tours and you will not get a refund while she keeps the money. i say her fans need to demand from this THIEF before throwing your money away.

I DO agree though that other artists should be given the same opps and I believe they have, ie J Hud. Only pb is that there is no guarantee people will be watching. Y’all going in on my girl, maybe people liked the way she sang the NA at the SB, that’s why they booked her. Calling Alicia boring, yet praising Lana. Whatever, I’m done.

Boring? The girl has rmixed ‘Girl on Fire’ live many times and each time is amazing especially her US X-factor performance. I also want to see her do Heartburn like she did on Fashion Rocks back in ’04 that was fire she danced the whole song. Her one problem is that she relies on her piano too much for her televised performances when you see her when shes on tour it really is a unique mix of dancing (which she does well) and sitting at the piano.
