‘I Should’ve Cheated’ chanteuse Keyshia Cole probably should’ve reconsidered her decision to launch a Twitter attack against gospel songbird/Destiny’s Child star Michelle Williams.
For, moments after she lent her opinion on Williams’ performance with bandmates Beyonce and Kelly Rowland at the 2013 Super Bowl, fans of the supergroup took Cole to task – delivering disparaging remarks about some of her past performances.
Now, after weeks of silence, Williams took to Chicagoan radio station V-103 to weigh in on Keyshia’s comments. See what she had to say below:

MW is so classy, I like how she didn’t even address Cole, she addressed what was said that she tweeted. Like she said, they were celebrating, only haters sit on twitter talking shit about people who are actually doing something. Williams just walked off the stage with her group, one of the highest selling female groups of all time, next to Kelly who is the R&B it girl and next to Beyonce, who is becoming a legend, she a member of a group that is one too, (I’m not finish), walked of stage at the Super Bowl, with a killer performance, at an event where Alicia Keys, J Hud, DC and Beyonce performed. Now why would you acknowledge someone who was at home, watching you and sending out tweets, going back n forth with everyday people and was still talking about you a week later? See, MW was in DC, where they never acknowledged haters like the Ex memebers (minus Letoya), Keri Hilson and some ghetto Kesha. I think this is something even we on this site show take notes and not give haters the light of day.

Michelle’s debut was #1 Gospel and Billboard ranked it to the #6 top Gospel album of the year on the year-end chart just off of its chart run. It was also top 20 on the R&B albums chart.
Billboard also listed her #5 Gospel Artist of the Year.

I think people have the right and are even justified in taking sides on this one. It’s not about two ladies who don’t like each other, it’s about one artist who was minding her business, performing with her girls, and getting verbally attacked by another artist publicly. Keyshia was wrong to send that tweet. That’s just cruel and as a fellow artist who has had her ups and downs with live performances, you would think Keysha would be one of the last people to be so harsh and judgmental. She has no room to talk and even if she did she should have had enough class and compassion not to do so. Michelle has not said anything to show that she doesn’t like or has anything against Keyshia. This is one sided and Keyshia deserves to be called out for her lack of class and decision to public insult a fellow artist at the risk of humiliating her. I say FOLKS SHOULD TAKE SIDESCON THIS ONE! AND MICHELLE’S SIDE IS CLEARLY THE RIGHT ONE!

A singer (let’s see her handle a Superbowl stage)
A black woman (the girls did the damn thing and she decided to focus on the negative)
A performer (she will never challenge herself to know what a performance like that demands)
The fact she wasn’t just showed her true colors. I’m glad folks went in because usually those kind of snide backhanded compliments aren’t noticed. Keyshia came off looking jealous and bitter. We all know we’ll never be able to judge HER SB performance.

Michelle is very classy and nice. I knew Keyshia was lying when she said Michelle said something negative about her. If that was the case, why wouldn’t she have said something on the radio? I still can’t believe how much of a ghetto bitch Keyshia is. It’s sad because she has made some of the realest, sultry and feel good contemporary R&B music and seemed so likeable now-a-days, but I guess it was all a front. Kelly, Beyonce, and Michelle have all been raised right and are classy individuals. That ending was hilarious! lol Clearly Michelle is the better vocalist according to this video. She nailed His Eye is On The Sparrow. Keyshia sounded horrible on the Star Spangled Banner. I remember when I went to the Destiny Fulfilled and Lovin’ It Tour, Michelle had most of the arena in tears when she sang Do You Know. The performance that she gave of that song in St. Louis was way better than the one that was recorded in Atlanta for the DVD.
